Worst dunkin donuts ever... they charged extra for less ice option on ice coffee... I never saw this charge in any other dunkin.
Ran by zero customer service. Rude unfriendly young little girls. No customer service skills at all.
Usually I don’t care about writing to coffee franchises but what bothered me was little dude that helped me didn’t give me whip cream on the new iced cake batter latte because I didn’t say signature before the word ‘latte’ .I thought it was the worst excuse to give someone just because you forgot to put it on.

We love Dunkin coffee but they took away hazelnut swirl flavor at all locations.
Only reason I am not giving a one star is cause I know how much they pay their employees . But still , rude customer service , I have no expectations of them anyways , but at least don't make me feel uncomfortable when I am there .
They lock the lobby doors early. At least a half hour before they close. So your only opion is to go thru the drive thru and guess what theyhave available. Also, ordered hit chocolate for my kids, it was so watered down, that it basically tastes like brown water. The staff was very polite and friendly, but still very disappointed with the experience.
If you can avoid this place please do your wasting time & money. The coffee tastes disgusting, it tastes more like water then anything & even after I went back to get another one it still tasted the same, the ppl working there were so rude just bc I went back & asked to get another one LBS & it was morning too, it was too early for all that ? always ask for your receipt, you can let them know how was your visit
Service was very good. Sandwiches were fresh. Coffee watered down . Not good. Major problem is access to entering parking lot. Poor design.
