I ordered a milkshske and although the flavor was good. It was too watery.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, though specifically asked it to be well toasted, it was not even toasted, was cold, couldn’t even ask to toast it since it had a cheese on it already.
You just never know what kind of drink your getting. You can order the same thing everyday but depending who's there it will taste different every time. Friendly and fast service every time too.
The women that work here are very nice and polite, but one young man who works the drive-in window needs some manners.
Litterly everytime I come here my order gets messed up, or I get charged for stuff.I don't receive and sometimes it's more than two items!! So everytime I come here I get scammed by the same rude guy who doesn't even listen to what you say and messes up orders left to right. If its not the service that's rude, it's you getting charged more than expected..
Good coffee and great people behind the counter.The place could use a little tidying up, before it gets real bad.
Awful stuff, specially the guy at the drive through window… he didn’t hear the order, charged me more than usual, was very rude, food was awful. He was almost asleep or on any drugs for sure… very disappointed :(
I went to the drive thru to order milkshakes, it was raining and was told today Thursday October 28,2021 at 4:10pm any orders for baskin Robbins I had to go in. I asked when did this start because I have been here before and no response. I came to get my employees a few shakes and this is the service received. I told the male rep I will just go to another location and his response was ok have a nice day. I will never return and encourage you to go to another location!
Go inside waiting 10 minutes and they give me when I order Caramel Macchiato Large or Extra Large they give me medium size and charge me 5.76 nice that’s why I always try to choose Starbucks
I went through the drive through and specifically order two large strawberry refresher‘s with a couple sandwiches, before we pulled up to the window my boyfriend made sure to ask the woman if she had two drinks she confirmed yes, we pulled up to the window and paid we were only handed our sandwiches at first until we mentioned the drinks, they handed us one and then continued to say we were charged for the one even though when we ordered the woman confirmed two drinks, the man at the window told us if we wanted our other drink we’d have to go back around to wait at the window which wasn’t the problem the problem was when we asked for the receipt they refused to give it to us my boyfriend had seen through the window the lady digging through the trash for our receipt, they threw it out before even asking if we wanted one, and still wouldn’t give it to us with the excuse that we were only charged for one drink that’s fine but we still wanted to receipt.
