The place is nice, the restaurant is kept always very clean, though the temp inside is too cold during the Summer, so my daughter and l cant finish our meal inside :) This might be bad only for us cause the majority of the people like the temp cold, so I understand that.We dont go to this place often, like once every 2-3 months, we like the custard and that's the reason we go there, but we've never ordered anything else than shakes, sundaes, and concrete mixtures. The food is always nice and the quality is as expected. One thing that blemishes the whole experience is that the service is always different. Once in a blue moon I would get the caramel and cashew with a cherry on top and most of the time we dont. During the order I would request a cherry for the shake and we will still get our orders without any cherries and my daughter loves them so much. I never go to complain about it, but it doesnt make me feel good. I would say this is due to constant turnout in the restaurant, besides the manager almost every time there is a new youngster to take our order, as the last time I ordered Caramel Cashew Sundae and got charged extra dollar for the cashew, which was strange cause that's in the name. Overall, good place just be aware the service could be a hit or miss depending on who's servicing you.
I go there all the time and the staff is friendly but ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD if you get takeout!! There's been multiple times that they forget to put things on my sandwiches or forget to put fries in my bag and then end up having to drive all the way back to get it fixed.
The best customer service. The food is great and the workers answer the questions you ask. They also help you make your decision on what to order. You have five stars, but I give you double one big 10
Culver's was great as usual. I ordered the fish sandwich. The fish pattie was meaty. However it was smaller than the bun. Their onion rings were okay. The chicken noodle soup was delicious and their shakes are delicious esp. the mint shake. Excellent customer service.
Good service, good frozen custard. The prices are a little higher than most fast-food and I'm not the biggest fan of the burgers.
Well culvers sucks now been going to this place since i was 6 now,the cheesee curds are no longer the same my family and i would always get the family cheese curds and they were always awesome,just got one today and come to find out they are entirely different........they sucked was actually depressed by it,well goodbye culvers was good
I have come to this Culver's many times, and while the food is always great, I have to say the level of service is amazing. They always go above and beyond to make the customer feel valued! I will continue coming back! Picture is my personal favorite... Culver's Bacon Deluxe ?
This location seems to have really taken a dive recently in terms of service. They've totally messed up three times in a row when we've gone through the drive through. Not issues like a sandwich with pickles when we wanted no pickles but more like we've gotten completely different orders. They're mixing up the bags because they seem so unorganized. The final straw was when I bit into the biscuit tonight and there was something hard in there. I can't tell if it's part of a tooth? A fingernail?? I will NEVER be going to this location again.

Amazing! Employees are extremely polite. Very fast service. And I've been going there for 5 years now. One thing though, the food quality is never the same. Some times it's good, I'd give it 3 starts and sometimes amazing I'd give it 5 stars. Nothing bad about it, I'd just love to always give it 5 stars. Thank you all for the amazing food.
