The place is amazing. The portions of the food and size was great. Staff where very nice and the classic chicken sandwich was good and the potato chips was nice. Staff ensures one is not caught up in long wait times. Simply the best.
Mobile order, first time at this location. Just as good as the one I usually go to. Clean restaurant, courteous staff. I’m sure if I “checked-in” earlier it would have saved a couple minutes but that’s on me. They were still prompt and most important was that they got the order right. I’ll take accuracy over speed.
The absolute attention they pay to give you a clean friendly and high quality food experience. It almost doesn’t matter where you are if it’s chick fil a the quality is there and the customer service is impeccable. This one in particular is the very best. It is my favorite fast food place!
I love chick fil a, the only fast food place I actually eat. However this is the worse location I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. They get my order wrong more than they get it right. They randomly close early whenever they want to do definitely don’t trust that they’ll be open past 8 pm. None of the employees use proper protocols like saying “my pleasure” or reading back the order to ensure it’s correct. I literally couldn’t wait to move to a place closer to a different chick fil a because this one is so disappointing. Also for some reason their chicken sandwiches just taste bad.
As with all Chick-Fil-A's that I have visited, the people are pleasant, The food is good and the cost is reasonable. The food is always fresh. The restaurant is kept clean. The service was great as well, very friendly with full filling smiles. Definitely coming back.
Messed up my order today, and they proceeded to blame me. We ordered a #4, instead I get 4 minis. Employee sits there for minutes, while my 5 week old twins, son and husband are waiting, as she tried to decide what she was going to do about the situation. Since it was too diff for her, as the manager she claimed to be, I returned the whole order. I am familiar with the location downtown Chicago on state and how their customer service is supposed to be and they dropped the ball. Remember, in fast food, the customer is always right. We ended up going to McDonald’s next door. Thanks for wasting my time with the wrong order.
My first time ever in a Chick-fil-A and I finally understand the hype. The staff at this location are so on point. Five-star service all the way. Be patient. It’s not hard to see these people work so hard every day. Best chicken sandwich ever. The chicken sandwich was tasty and freshly made. and especially the fries are hot and good too. No matter what chick- fil- a you got too the service and food quality is always unmatched and even if they mess up something on your order you will not fall short on being recompensed. It was top notch customer service has. Would highly recommend this fast food.
Let me say the food was good... but the service was SUPERB! They were so nice and complementary by far the BEST people you would ever meet and the BEST service from any food place hands down! very organized in their lines to get people through quickly. They bring your food. It was fresh, hot and delicious. I know I can always go here and get a very good chicken sandwich or nuggets, I love the fries trust me it's amazing. I was left with a happy belly and a full heart. Very clean and pleasant place, bathrooms are VERY clean. I have never had an issue with my orders. Drive thru is fast!
There is always a long line in the drive thru, so I am really not surprised each time I go in here. I just got used to it and it is a normal scene for me to see a long line, especially on Saturdays. But you know, the service here is just really great. Sometimes lines move quickly and sometimes not, but nevertheless, the staff are always friendly and definitely polite. I always choose to go here whenever I want something to eat, and that would definitely mean their chicken nuggets. I just love their chicken nuggets. It is always fresh and hot when it is served. It tastes fresh as well, and, of course, juicy and seasoned to perfection, so it definitely melts in my mouth. I am honestly content with the chicken nuggets alone, but I cannot deny the fact that they taste even better with every sauce they have. This time, my favorite sauce would definitely be their sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce that I always request, and they always put it perfectly with other sauces that also taste good. I would always order 12 pieces of nuggets, and I was good. It definitely brightens up my day, and whenever I have a bad day, I will just stop by here on the drive through and have some of their chicken nuggets. Their waffle fries are also great, and like their chicken nuggets, they always taste delicious and are always served fresh, hot, and super crispy.
We ordered at the counter and dined inside. It was right around lunchtime so I expected it to be busy. Luckily, there was no line when we arrived. We have never had Chick-fil-A before and were pleasantly surprised. The food got to our table in about two minutes. It was simple chicken filled sandwiches and mac and cheese, but some of the best! The counter got very busy while we were eating, so they had two more attendants take orders. The line of at least 15 customers was taken care of in about 10 minutes (possibly less, I wasn't timing them) I can see why this place has a triple drive-thru with a six to ten car line all the time.
