Been here twice before going to a movie which is across the street but no more. Both times our servers were fine. But the kitchen is incredible slow. Both times we visited were not even that busy the first time was during lent and I had ordered a fish sandwich and while everyone else had gotten their food and basically finished I was still waiting. I had waited at least 30-40 minutes for my fish sandwich which was pretty atrocious and I barely wanted to eat it.The second time the same thing happened to a friend but with wings granted he arrived later than we did but only ordered about 5 minutes after we did. One of our party had his food in about 10 minutes then basically everyone else did another 10 minutes later except the one who had to wait another 15 or so minutes. Not to mention they gave the wrong side sauces with 2 orders. Don't come here unless you plan to wait at least 25-30+ minutes for food and that's during average busyness I can't imagine when there are large sports games.
Out of all my visits to a Buffalo Wild Wings, this was the best! Our server Kim made our visit a pleasant ones! It’s very hard to find an amazing and charming servers these days, very friendly, absolutely patient, served our food and beverages with care! Can’t expect any better service. Would love to come back and be served by Kim. Thanks Kim!

Been going here since open years ago. Been a downward slide. This review is specifcally about lack of quality control for PICK UP/ Delivery ORDERS.Time 1: I order delivery at 11 after coaching a Football game. Order says received and was paid for. Est. Delivery time 1215am. I wait up. I'm starving just never comes. I call. Apparently they closed but my order was accepted but no one bothered to make it, bring it, cancel it or even bother to call me. Just accepted my money for nothing. Wasted an hour the next day dealing with it and getting my money back for wings I wanted to pay for but never got.Time 2. Food delivered late again. 40 wings ACTUALLY come. No bluecheese or Ranch. 65$ order I am Offered a refund of 5 dollars. Seriously wings with no dressing is not good to me thats why I ordered dressing. I had to drive and get my own at the store. Delivery and tip and freshness out the window there.TODAY 6/13/22 10:50 PM. 20 wings. MEDIUM AND SPICY Garlic. Ordered PICK UP and checked. It was all there. Get home and Gosh darn there is legit almost NO sauce on the wings. I can deal with a little sauce, I can deal with a lot of sauce and anywhere in between. But, BONE DRY, HARD, LEATHERY WINGS??? Just zero quality control, i wish they'd fix it,. When they are right the wings are good. It would take an extra 2 seconds and just a tad bit of caring from employees or a manager . But I'm done. I'm mad. Tired of paying for bad chicken wing roulette. I'll drive 5 times as far and go to Gators.SEE PIC which doesn't do it justice either. I would say 10% of normal sauce amount went on these. Been Frustrating and expensive hoping it'd get better. It hasn't.
The food was great, however the reason I’m leaving this five star review is because of the service. Marci was our server and she gave the most amazing service experience I’ve ever had - Everyone at the table agreed. She was attentive, friendly, and so amazingly personable. She radiated such amazing energy and made this normal Saturday dinner into something amazing. Marci should give a TED Talk on Service because she was amazing. Thanks Marci!
Came here excepting to have a nice dinner with my squad, however, that was not the case. I ordered 10 boneless wings for only 10 bucks with fries, which wasn’t a bad deal. But it just seemed to be the calm before the storm. The wings approached my plate and about three of the wings were no bigger than my big toenail. Only about 3 were bigger than my big toe in general. You might think that is all, but no. My squad was met with a normal beverages. The cups smelled and I mean mean SMELLED of sewage and chlorine. The waitress made us stack our own trays. Not a very good atmosphere either. Overall atrocious experience and wouldn’t recommend coming here even if the food was free. “Unless you like drinking out of their cleaning products, dirty sink water, and sewage smelling cups.”
I ordered takeout through the app. Very easy to use but I had several issues with the experience.1. They were out of cheese curds and fried pickles? Possibly supply chain issues so not a big deal but it was disappointing.2. I was charged an extra fee for doing takeout... it was a very small amount, but why? Why am I paying more when I am not being provided an extra service? I know the industry is hurting but this fee is specific to this location because I ordered from a different location two weeks ago and there was no fee for takeout. I will be avoiding this location because of the fee out of principle (plus the next issue).3. One of the items in my order was apparently out of stock but it let me order it on the app. Which is not the issue because technology is not always reliable. However, I was not ever told it was out of stock even when I picked up my food. I did not notice we didn't have the meal until I got home and then we had to scramble to find food for my brother while we were eating and I was calling the restaurant to get a refund. This is not the first time this exact thing has happened at this location. Very annoying. I should at minimum be notified that it isn't in the bag when I pick up my food. Or better yet, they have my phone number from the order. Call me and let me know it is out of stock.Overall bad experience and I will be avoiding this location in the future. Or I will just get Wingstop from now on.
Just got carry out first time at Buffalo Wild Wings in a lon g time. We ordered 20 wings with two different sauces. I think they pretended to put sauce on these wings can hardly tell the difference between the two orders because they, are both almost plain wings. Only see a hundred ads a day about their “sauce” it be great to actually try the sauces they talk about. Maybe next time they will actually add some.
Don’t let my review fool you. The service was great. I can not remember the waitress’s name, however her service was great. She was quick and took care of us. My issue is I spent $41.27 on a dinner for two. We got two entrées. No appetizers and no drinks. Just water. I’m not disappointed in the quality of the food. I’m disappointed in the quantity. I have been to several different establishments that have the same exact meal that we ordered for $15 less.
Walked in and right away the lady at the front was extremely rude. I was not wearing a mask and neither was my son and she had the audacity to yell at me in front of my so , customers and other employees. This place will never receive mine or family's business. I would have appreciated this person to approach the situation professionally but she was completely rude and unprofessional. I will be calling corporate. A mandate is NOT a law.
When we walked in the door waited almost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us if we didn't have it to go they didn't care. When somebody did acknowledge us we asked for a table she looked at us and walked away, rude!!We decided to sit in the bar area ?Our server was nice there but our beer and two shots took us an unreasonably long time to get back to us because the staff where looking over a menu item... aggravating!!Kudos to the kitchen that got our order right and the wings were delicious.
