I went there to order for me and for my company. I order new menu with Thi sauce. They asked me for here or to go. I said for here and I decide to order for others after I eat my own meal there. the cashier lady pack my lunch in the plastic bag. I said I am EATING here. she said no matter what she has to pack the lunch in the plastic bag. I said why do you ask if I want here or to go? she said after I finish the meal just leave the bag on the table so they will clean. I was busy so I ate half of my meal and was ready to order for others. She said put the bag on the table. I said I am NOT done WITH MY MEAL and I am going to order more stuff. She was rude. she didn't say sorry or thank you. She just stare at me. Either she is rude person or having a bad day. I don't care. GIVE BEST SERVICE NO MATTER WHAT! SAY THANK YOU AND GOOD BYE. SAY SORRY IF YOU MAKE MISTAKES. JUST FIRE HER IF YOU WANT MORE CUSTOMERS. ITS SHAME YOU HAVE SUCH A GOOD FOOD AND HIRE CRAZY PERSON TO RUN IT.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! If only I could give 0 stars!!! Staff are rude and disrespectful. Had attitude when I was ordering. Then one big group with grandma and kids came in and wanted to sit together of course, so tried to move the tables together and was approached so rudely by the staff and was told not to touch the tables, and go to the one in the corner (right next to the toilet). I was so confused as to why??? They could easily rearrange the tables afterwards! Cold dining area, no heating whatsoever! No flavor for the chicken. Mac and cheese runny and soggy. Cornbread dry and stale.
Great food! I love the new Thai garlic. The sweet potato casserole was perfect. Great meal after a long flight. A++
I always buy the whole chicken.Sometimes the chicken is delicious and well seasoned, sometimes it's tasteless and dry. I don't understand it. I asked if all the chickens were seasoned the same and they said yes. The last one I bought, I had to return it for lack of taste and dryness. But this is only one Market. Most others I've tried throughout the country were delicious!
It was later in the day so they were out of a bit more than normal but the food we got was still pretty decent
I’ve had 3 or 4 bad experiences at this location consecutively. This last time though was the last straw. Order dinner in the app. I ordered a large turkey meal. Get to the restaurant to pick it up and went to the car to leave, but due to the most recent issues I’ve had I thought to check the food first. Of course they tie the bag shut so tight you can’t untie it unless you rip it open. When I rip it open it all looks good except my meal looks like something other than turkey. Of course I go in to question this and I’m told they don’t have turkey so they gave me a half chicken instead. They didn’t bother to mention this when I picked it up. Nor did the receipt reflect this either. Had I just gone home I wouldn’t have known at all. The app asks for my phone number so they could have called and asked if the replacement was okay. They didn’t. They could have offered a refund when I went back on and questioned it. They didn’t. They took zero responsibility for switching my order for something else and staying silent. They then said the manager told them to switch it. I wasn’t going to stay and argue with them since they were prepared to do nothing anyway. I had to eat the chicken since it was my dinner and they offered no other options. Terrible service. Employees are clueless. Manager is at best dishonest and clueless and at worst a complete liar and fool. Maybe take you chances at a different location other than this one in Mt. Prospect, IL. To be honest the prices here go up and up and the food quality steadily slides backward. Shame on them.
This was the first and last time I try boston market food. Absolutely horrible experience here. The food was old, dry and tasteless. Not to mention the small portion sizes. When I received my "meal" it looked like a microwaveable dinner from the dollar store. The only thing that was edible was the Mac and cheese and corn bread. I will never be returning here.. save your money and go elsewhere!
We love Boston Market. The chicken is so good and the potatoes and macaroni and cheese are very good too. The workers are very nice.
My husband came home with a family meal that is literally disgusting. I want to cry he spent $60here. Currently the whole entire family meal is in my garbage can and a TV dinner is in my oven.Crusted over, not fresh, corn muffins could break a window. They must have served food that sat there all day long.Do yourself a favor and just dont. Just go somewhere else
Boston Mkt. Issued a 9.99 rib dinner coupon for the New Year, with the small print "Limit 2". Family 1 had a coupon and Family 2 had a separate emailed coupon, we rode to the store together (Family 2 was from out of town visiting). Family 1 ordered and used their e-mailed coupon and ordered the 2 meals under the same coupon, As did Family 2. Gabi, the 'manager' refused to honor the coupon for family 1. stating it was for 1 order. the coupon clearly states LIMIT 2. When we tried to explain to Gabi the 'manager' she refused to accept the limit 2 provision and refused for Family 2 to use their separate emailed coupon, stating we "rode in the same car and therefore were 1 FAMILY. She would not honor the coupons, we tried to explain the coupon and she in fact, CALLED THE COPS on us. The officers arrived, we explained and showed them the coupon. THE COPS, AGREED with our understanding of the coupon which stated LIMIT 2 per coupon. Family 1 used their coupon, she refused to give the 2nd meal at the 9.99 rate and refused for Family 2 to use their Coupon AT ALL, because we 'CAME IN THE SAME CAR - WTH? The officers, in accordance with Family 1 and Family 2, thanked us for going High when GABI, the 'manager' went Low. As the restaurant filled with patrons, GABI the 'manager' continued to be resistant, claiming the computer wouldn't allow her to override and accept the coupons, therefore Family 2, resolved to paid FULL PRICE For the meal at $30.00 which should have cost $20.00. So very disappointed with this location. GABI NEEDS TO BE TRAINED. I like Boston Market, but our treatment was appalling. Yet to hear back from Corporate.
