Called to ask if they had a specific cake flavor available for purchase. Was told they have many cakes and they didn’t know if they had that. I needed to ask if they could check . They said they were too busy to check . I ask if I should call back in a half hour and they hung up on me.
Service is subpar at best. Rude employees and no offense, IF they accept to take your order, prepare for the wrong items. Photo is what was supposed to be a milkshake….
Such a bad attitude. Turn off your 24 hour light if you’re not gonna be open 24 hours. Also don’t get a job and then be mad at people for coming to YOUR JOB
Fat lady over there behaving really rude. Not taking orders on drive through saying store is closing soon And closing before time. If google can make a new update for zero star review then this store deserves it.
The price listed and the price they charged was different. Brought it to their attention and they said there were price increased and they did not update the list.
I just pulled up to the drive thru and the guy working inside ran somewhere in the back and hid.. I waiting for 5 mins and when I left and pulled out to the main street, the guy walked out the back door and got into the passenger side of another car outside..

What a joke this dunkin and the worker who works here is!! I went to the drive thru on November 11th and started ordering my order. I clearly told that I want small mocha latte with less ice and he didn't understood for the first time. I repeated it but still he was not able to understand it. I knew the language he was speaking and he didn't knew that. He then started to abuse me in the language I also knew. I don't want to write here what he told me. We left from there without ordering it. This is the first time I am facing such issue in the states. Worst dunkin ever. I am also reporting this issue to the franchise.
Tell the owner to change the hour I went there special drive for ice cream by 11:30 pm and they are closed then why they said to google map it’s 24 hour. No good change the hour please.
