This place was PACKED when we showed up at 10 pm. People were outside just sitting and enjoying their custard and I knew already it would be good. The line was long but moved quickly thanks to their fast and efficient service, the custard itself was absolutely delicious. I got a banana split and have been thinking about it since I ate it! It was a really fun experience to visit their little spot and the next time I’m in the area for dinner, I’ll end the night with Andy’s.

I have been goin here since they opened. The other day I went and they put half frozen half thawed strawberries. It was not good and I'm afraid they mite have lost my business. I don't mind payin more if what I'm ordering isn't items that I wouldn't use on my ice cream/yogurt!

This for those who never been to Andy’s. This place is awesome for their custard which is made fresh hourly! Their customer service is top notch! This place is always nice and clean!

Very smooth and fresh frozen custard. Not too sweet so it was good.

Whenever I go to Andy's Frozen Custard, I usually just get a large cone with both chocolate and vanilla. However, my family and I love going here as it has great varieties of ice cream!

I love this place! A. It's delicious, B. Everyone is always so friendly every time were here! We recently went after a date night on the last day of school around 10pm and it was packed full of high school kids celebrating the end of school but it wasn't rowdy, the employees were all having a good time, the kids were too...and they had employees just checking on people in the parking lot. They handed us a menu and told us it would be faster to park amd order as their drive through was also packed...I mean honestly people would sit in long lines to eat these desserts... but they actually have hospitality! It's awesome!

Not sure where the customer is expected to sit and enjoy the overpriced treat they just purchased. The whole concept is...lacking to put it nicely. There are probably 30+ parking spots so they expect 60+ people but have just benches (w/o tables) for about 10. Is the customer supposed to drive to Andy's Custard, park their car, purchase, eat custard while walking along the busy road, come back and drive away? Oh, and to order you have to gather around the menu, then maybe write down or take a picture of what you want to order so you don't forget by the time it's your turn to order; there is no menu behind the register and the order taker cannot hear you through the small window since they don't wear a mic/headset to overcome the operation noise. A visibly pregnant mom with 3 kids in tow and no place to sit and eat. Nevermind that no one got up to offer their bench seat even though they weren't enjoying any products (that's just society in general these days), but you'd at least expect a socially-centered establishment to offer outdoor tables where people gather for ice cream! No? What am I missing here? This was our 1st and last visit because we had to use some gift cards. Had I paid $33 for 5 half-melted treats, I would've been even more disappointed with the whole experience. And maybe hose off the custard puddles so people don't carry it into their clean cars and homes. Gross. Ghetto. NW suburbs ghetto. Nothing special here, except a good BUSN101 case study for failed business concept.

Tasty but just overpriced. I ordered a medium vanilla custard with brownie and caramel... $8. Menu could use some work and the brownie wasn't fresh or it was overbaked

Beautiful weather and was not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Love Andy's Frozen Custard dessert items, but definitely not this location's customer service. Felt rushed and staff definitely need to be more patient.

Custard is tasty and they're open late. Cute place to grab some custard and sit on the benches to eat if it's warm.
