Very slow and Inexperienced. I had a scheduled pick up order and I waited 35 minutes after that time for my food. Communication is not the best. Service was terrible! I will not be returning anytime soon.
Wings are good but still can’t eat in and we were passing by and decided to order and they said we can’t take your order inside you have to place online. What the heck is up with that the register is literally right in front of them. Last time I will come to this one. Service is horrible.
Went to wing stop in Rock Island, IL today and they stated that they are not taking walk in orders. I ask how does the public know that if they have a desire for wing stop and they get here and hear you say we are not taking walk in orders just online orders.Fortunately we ordered online and was here to pick it up. Unfortunately wing stop has failed to let the public know about walk in orders. Also there was nothing posted on their website, or posted on the door. It could be due to short staff however you still have to let your customers know either online or at the minimum post a sign at the door.
Not only was employee rude to a door dasher, but both are complaining about orders coming in. Isn't your job to make the orders that come in? You are paid by customers. If you don't like your job, leave.
Well, their wings are delicious but when you consistently have to wait 45 minutes after having ordered in the app, it’s just not worth eating here.
They always have their online ordering turned off so people can't order online and they never answer the phone. Tried to even go inside to make an order and they turned me away saying I needed to order online.
Online ordering turned off. You go to order in person they never take your order. used to order alot up until the last couple months. Place is trash to say the least.
I had drove all the way from East Moline for Wings Stop only to be denied service cause they wasn’t taking any walk ins. I had never heard of turning down money. I’ve been a fan of this company since they opened. Totally I was disappointedFriday around 10 pm
Waited 10 minutes ignored while my order sat on the counter the whole time. Employees ignored 4 different customer who tried to gain their attention. The employees were holding they’re own conversations and actively ignoring customers and sitting orders.
I placed an order through their website that was delivered through Door Dash. The order never showed up, so i called them. They said they would issue a refund and that i'd have to re order through them. No problem i said. Long story short, i re ordered, got the second order just fine and after at least a half dozen phone calls and 34 days later, i still haven't been refunded my original order. Food has always been decent but there's much better wing places around that i'll take my business to.
