Went here to get my daughter's dinner. Went through drive thorough and spent 25 minutes. They were busy and short staffed. The manager on duty, Lisa, was wery nice. She explained they had 3 new hires on their 1st day. The food was hot and delicious.
This was the most horrific experience as many prior, however today, 2 managers were speaking on the line in front of everyone. Yelling one of the employees was not in policy attire during the lunch rush, looked at the order dine in several times but continued to speak amongst themselves. We waited for ordering over 5 plus minutes. We only have 30 minutes for lunch.If it wasn't for another employee whi was totally clueless started to take orders, nothing would have gotten accomplished.Mind you both managers went to the back office leaving the front of the house unattended.After receiving my food 11 minutes later , the managers appeared and continued the conversation about how they had to stay till 2 am because no one does their job.I understand being short handed, morale down but totally over the limit for customer service.This has been my 3rd time there, hoping it would improve, but I will never refer or be back.Chick fil a is next door, they have my business and anyone I can speak to about this establishment!
Hot honey chicken sandwich not what advertised. Fresh should mean fresh jalapenos. Rather this is honey chicken and chip jalapeños.
We ordered ahead and waited for 45 min in the drive thru, we assumed they were short staffed, when we went in to use the restroom there was PLENTY of staff half of them standing around. And even though we waited for 45 min they forgot food so I had to go back in and wait 15 more min for the rest of our food
On 6-27-22 around 8:00 pm we waited in line for 15 min. Each car was greeted with a please wait. Cars were leaving because line was not moving but we waited and had paitence thinking we would get hot fresh food. It was not ????????. The food was cold to Luke warm, soggy cold fries, my daughter's chicken sandwich was cold. The three of us ended up throwing away all of our food and going to Arby's. It was a HUGE disappointment. Inside dining locked and we were NOT waiting in that line again.
Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, after finally getting our wrong drinks and right order with different style chicken than asked, fries were cold, and the rest of the food seemed stale. I had to ask to get my card back with them confused. Pulled out still forgot food that was on the order, no straws, no sauces, had a rude guy / girl with blue hair bumping hard into a female co worker and looks smug at her. Worst service ever!!!
FastFood means Fast Food, not waiting 20mins at the speaker then 10min at the window. This happens everytime I come to this specific Wendy's. Use to be amazing til a couple years ago. What happened??
I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for 2 years it was always so good and fresh as advertised. Last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) it was not that great and customer service was not the best. I went through the drive through tonight after work and ordered my food and got home but was very disappointed in what I got. It tasted like it was made 5 hours ago and my fries were cold and stale not sure if it’s under new management or what but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Wendy’s ?
This restaurant has TERRIBLE SERVICE. Arrived in line for drive thru @ 8:46 p.m.. Made it to order speaker @ 9:01 p.m. and waited until 9:15 p.m. (14 minutes)and NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from anyone saying WE APOLOOGIZE for the wait and will get your order soon.. At 9:15 p.m., we just left and from what we could see only 2 employees. I realize it is difficult to staff nowadays; especially at night but when NO ONE even acknowledges you as a customer is ridiculous. We saw at least 6 or 7 cars leave while we waited almost 25 minutes. WHERE IS THE OWNER??? It appears that this place doesn't CARE. THIS IS NOT the first time it happened and I bet it will not be the last. I'm sure NO ONE WILL EVEN RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW. THE OWNER BETTER WAKE UP OR HIS DOORS WILL BE CLOSING FOR GOOD
Says their dine-in and carryout options are open on the app. But all of their doors are locked. Saw several customers trying to get in and banging on the door. There isn't a sign that says lobby closed, just that masks are required and cash only temporarily. Saw 2 other cars drive up that just came through the drive thru (my window was down so I could hear) they were speaking to other customers trying to get in saying that their orders were wrong and then had to get into the line of the drive-thru that was out into the street, to get their food corrected. However the employees were super sweet and I did get through the drive-thru line rather quickly
