The prime rib was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is for what you pay for the meal you should get more than one side.

She found the gluten free beer you have in stock and I got to have a cold beer somewhere other than my own patio! I have always enjoyed myself at V.I.Ps and this was no exception. Pizza was awesome, the live music was Vertigo 22, and they were amazing!!! Clean spacious club, we had a great time.
Kelsea was simply amazing but I was a little turned off by the manager interrupting her to make drinks while taking our order? It was extremely rude and unprofessional! Being a manger myself customer service should be number 1. The waitress should take her hard work where it’s appreciated! NOT PLEASANT!!!!!
Let me start by saying, my food was totally awesome. However, the "service" not so much. The bartender was more interested in attending to people that I presume are regular customers. I had to ask her several times for a menu, and my drink. I didn't really care to much for her attitude towards me, and as a result, I most likely won't be coming back.
First of all, the special on Friday nights per the menu is BBQ ribs. When I received the ribs they were warm, not hot. The beans were cold. The ribs were very small and the BBQ sauce looked like it came out of a ketchup bottle...the sauce was not on all of the meat...it was in lines on top of the "rack". The menu did not say "half rack". The menu error was blamed on the company that printed the menus, per the manager. In addition, the manager stated that the electronic board that is located at the bar in writing so small you cannot even see it says, "half rack". Sound like a bait and switch tactic? So I sent the meal back and did not pay for it. My party was very disappointed with this experience and regret this choice. On the bright side, the waitress was nice and friendly. The manager was the opposite. The owners response...which is below is typical of a business that will soon be "out of business" soon.
I was back in QCS last week back home where I grew up and I love supporting the backbone the glue of the area local places where I was born and raised before moving a little ways away. I will be honest with you this hidden gem is one you will want to check out! Every meal I have had is top notch and I love to tell my friends and family about V.I.P.'s they always got some neat things going here like trivia, karaoke, your favorite games ect and a prefect location and it is also a great place to have your special event if you give them a notice and they would do an awesome job for your event. Just remember they do the best they can for everyone during these last few years lots of places are short staffed so please give the places a chance and you will be glad you did! You all get my vote for sure can't wait to come back in keep up the great work! Thanks you Rock!
Place was clean and everything but the bartender rubbed me the wrong way. I came in with a friend who has a vertical ID even though he is well above 21. Plus the ID clearly states it doesn’t expire until 2026. The bartender instructed him to get a new ID because it would “slow her down” and that she “wanted to prove a point” to him. We would have stayed for a couple more rounds but this instance kind of ruined it. Plus, no music going.
This place was a very good experience! Friendly staff and the food was amazing and reasonably priced.
