I love to eat at a family owed business,plus it is a lot healthier food.
I don't like to diss small local spots, but have to say I was disappointed with today's special, Bacon-Artichoke Quesadilla. For about $5.25 got half of a tortilla folded over a tiny amount of artichoke-spinach spread and 2 slices of bacon. The folded up half tortilla totally overwhelmed the bacon/spread. It was the smallest and driest quesadilla I've ever had. Makes me a little leery to try anything else on the menu.
Relaxing atmosphere. Very good food. Read a book. Have a cup of Java. Sit back and relax. And the employees are quick to prepare your food. Brew your coffee. And clean up. 2nd time there and plan on going back at least once a week
Java Lab is an amazing grind and done cafe that has something for everyone.
