If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve worked at multiple subways and this one is by far out of standard. I went in for a bacon salad. A shorter African American lady was rude and told her employee that it would be a protein bowl, they didn’t give the correct amount of meat. They didn’t even ask the rude lady told me to just go to veggies because that’s all I’d get. I had to tell her my choice of meat. Last I checked a protein bowl was a 6 inch portion of veggies, foot long portion of meat. I got 3 pieces of bacon that’s it. That’s not the correct portion. I will never go back to this subway because this was ridiculous and I do want to speak to someone about this.
Paige (I believe was her name) went above and beyond! She apologized 2 times for something she didn’t need to and was just the sweetest person! She was also training 2 new employees and was doing a great job. Definitely will go again
My little family has fast food Fridays and normally it ends up being subway. I want to say the workers that work the evening shift are AMAZING! Been there quite a few times now. Sometimes it's slow sometimes it's busy. When it's busy watching them work with each other but yet still have smiles on their faces plus talking to their customers is impressive! When I go in and it's slow someone is cleaning or stocking something. Overhearing them joke around and talk gives the store a welcoming feeling. They all deserve a raise!!! Thank you.
Entire place was a mess!! Every table was dirty and drink area had lids and wrappers all over the place. I wiped off my own table so I could sit and eat real fast. While I was there 3 employees came out to get themselves drinks and not one of them cleaned a single thing. My stomach didn't feel well the next morning either. I'm assuming the employee side of the restaurant is just as poorly maintained
6/5/22 I placed an order for delivery around 3pm. I waited hours, only to find out that my food was not going to be delivered. 6/6/22 I had to go to the store and ask for them to make my order. The customer service was not very good. One of the employees straight up said he didn’t know how to wrap a sandwich.
There were issues with the mobile order system and the location was closing early due to tech and staffing issues. BUT the two ladies that helped me tonight were fantastic! I arrived after they had closed the doors, but they opened back up for me and made my sandwiches since I had already paid via the mobile app. Five stars for the employees and food, minus one star for the app!
Well considering their is an option to give a tip now.. the customer service sucked like the two women working just acted as if they were annoyed! I know it was a holiday weekend and I apologize for making you go out of your way to make a sandwich! Seriously did not feel welcome at all... Could definitely tell they hate their job! I work with the public as well not in the food industry anymore but I mean a hello or something just not act as if it's a bother to do your job especially if their is an option to give a tip.. because if maybe if it was a little bit more welcoming I would have given a top!
Not much to say. Subway is Subway and sadly it's not Quiznos. Since we don't have Quiznos I'll settle with Subway.
Normally I come here everything is fine, I will say majority of the employees there specifically first shift need to work on their customer service skills. I placed a mobile order at 10:00am to be ready by 11:15am. Clocked out for my lunch at 11:05 and went to pick it up. Walk in and they didn’t even have my order. Even though my receipt claimed they received it. The employee looked back at her manager and said I had my receipt on my phone so they told her to make it. Mind you she was NOT making my sandwiches at a decent speed. The whole point of mobile ordering is so that it’s ready when you come to get it. I’m on my lunch break so I was kind of in a hurry. Rings me up and says “have a nice day”. No apology or anything! Ridiculous!
0 stars. Horrible service. Employees were super slow and argued with me about how to make MY SUB. They dumped so much Buffalo on my sub it soaked through the bread and both papers. I couldn’t finish it or eat the other half it was so bad. They made my fiancés subway club wrong. Will never go back to this location.
