Food was pretty good but service was, meh. My son found a huge black hair cooked into the bottom of his burger. I politely let our waitress know. No apology other than offering to remake it. By that point his appetite for dinner was gone.Bill came and I had to ask about taking the burger off. I was told 50% off was the best they could do. Lol. You kidding me?
Shared a Cookies and Cream Cheese Cake Shake with my mom after lunch. Everything was very good! Great service!I had a build-your-own burger. I loved the mixed fries that came with it! I got too full after the fries and half the shake to eat the burger. ? I took it home instead for a second meal. ❤️My mom had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos. She said they were very good and that they had a lot of meat in them!I will definitely come back with more family when we're in the Cities!

I really enjoyed the “Spaghettaboutit” burger.I have been to this location the last two times I’ve visited my family in Rock Island. It’s become a little tradition to order a massive shake before I head to the airport.

Good burger; I had the February special and it was delicious. The giant pretzel was extremely filling and the staff were friendly and made the dining experience great.
The shake was great, fries were good and lots of them. However the burgers are a huge let down, on a scale of 1-10 I would have to give them a 4. For starters a great burger should not be a frozen 1/4 lb parry and it’s clear they are the frozen. In addition I had the so called bison and I’ve had my share of bison and it sure didn’t taste like it. My low rating is all due to the burger. Not sure if I will be back when I know of other places in the QC that have much better burgers.
The food was phenomenal. The drink service was slow because there was only one bartender. Our waitress was attentive and quick and everything was as ordered. Milk shakes were amazing. Would highly recommend.
First time trying Steel Plow was a wonderful experience. Our waitress was very helpful and personable. I ended up getting her suggestion of the burger with the BBQ sauce on it. To be honest, I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but it was delicious! Next time I really want to try one of those giant pretzels.Of course, my husband and I had to try a shake. Since we couldn't agree on one to share, he got the cotton candy and I got the caramel apple cobbler. I thoroughly enjoyed mine and ate almost the entire thing. He did mention his was a little too sweet, but I guess that's what you ask for when you order cotton candy ice cream. ?We'll definitely try again just so we can try the different shakes and appetizers!
