Somehow messed up me and 5 other people in my groups drinks . the coffee tasted burnt, not the right amount of syrup.
The employees are very good about helping me figure out what I want when I can't decide ? ? Only complaint is that they don't always remember my pup cups (I can't disappoint the babies)

Fast and friendly. If only people could figure out the flow of traffic and read posted signs.
They need to be trained on how to make their Brown Sugar shaken espresso… I’ve found that it’s the only location that messes them up. I got mine today and it was pure white and tasted like straight Oat milk.
Everyone else’s service is great. But the lady at the window who works every morning gives me attitude every day and talks to me about how she works on a farm. I’ve never wrote a review before but this was getting out of hand.
My favorite starbucks. I come here almost everyday before work and some of them even know my order by heart. Always friendly.
Poor, poor, poor, very poor drive thru location, and not very friendly staff this time.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks. I simply asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew. I got a vanilla cream cold brew, with no cream and ice.. I mentioned that it's not the right drink, and the guy argued with me that they just mixed the cream and that they add ice. I'll be sticking with the other Starbucks.
