I love this place but today I paid 11.00 for a steak bowl. The bowl only had five pieces of steak..... That's a lot of money for five pieces of steak.
We ordered $50 worth of food & when it was delivered to us there was only chips & guacamole & chips & queso. Our meals that we ordered were not in the bag. I've tried to call the Moline restaurant multiple times & the phone just rings off the hook or the one time they did answer, they hung up!!! I am very disappointed in this, as we heard they were a good restaurant. Spent $50 to only get chips & dips!
We had been to this restaurant for lunch, on our way to Chicago, during the last week of May-2022.We were helped by Bob and Chad. Both of them are wonderful people and were very friendly, with a pleasant attitude.Basically, we are vegetarians, which means, we don't eat any kind of meat, pork, beef etc etc. Usually, we request the staff to change their gloves. Some staff members oblige very happily whereas some others show resistance. But, in this case, both Bob and Chad were very friendly and accommodating. They happily agreed to our request, and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our food. Food was great ! The sauces and quesos were excellent ! The price was also not too high ! Overall - we had a great dining experience !Hope all restaurants have customer-friendly staff like Bob and Chad ! Thanks Bob and Chad !
They never have anything on the menu couldn’t even get the new cheese quesadilla
Used to be a nice place. Now no working soda machine, out of most food, cold food, prices are high, and worst of all it’s dirty inside.
I come here almost every week. Food is good but the drink machine is almost always short on drink options
Waited for ten minutes before I left. The poor woman in front of me had to wait for anything she wanted on her food. While the cook was taking his time in the back. Associate who helped the lady in front of me was rude and you could tell she was annoyed to be there. Third attempt at giving this place a go bc I love the Davenport location. Won’t be back.
I have been in the store a few times in the past. I made a visit today and the food was awesome and the employees were kind and helpful. Extremely Impressed.
Never ever go to this place. They turned the lights off while I was eating food though they have 50 min more to close. Also the food on the menu is different from what they gave.
Can you guys please do better...? Dirty, not welcoming, and my quesadilla is soggy :(Used to work here 2015-2020... New owner and everything has gone downhill
