Using the touchscreen menu isn't really efficient. They don't have all the options on the menu so you end up having to tell them anyway. Coffee is decent but the ordering process isn't always worth it.
Stop nearly daily on my way to work. I always get their peppermint mocha. They have it all year round and I like it much better than Starbucks peppermint mocha. And I have nothing against Starbucks drinks
First time being here. Waited 20 minutes no menu to look at. I asked a couple questions per coffee options they didn’t have answers & the coffee I asked for was not what I got. Not very good customer service.
I love qc fuel I love the kiosk machine you input the drink you want your self. I'm lactose intolerant and love that you can pick what milk you want I always choose almond! However I wish they wouldn't ask you if you want to leave a tip i think it's peer pressuring especially since they already have a tip jar outside of the window everyday. I stop by Maybe 4-5 days a week i don't feel I need to leave a tip everyday they poured coffee and yes they pour it well. But I think it's kind of rude to ask...
Nice place, but it's on the pricey side!! I'll return, but I definitely can't afford to go often.
Fast, Efficient, and sooooo friendly! Add some protein to that shake and it's like a meal replacement!

This morning the employees handed me my drink and it spilled all over my pants because it was overfilled on the top of the lid and they chose to hand it to me like that. I received one sorry after demanding they do more than just give me napkins. Then I got home to realize they didn’t even give me the right drink! I will never be coming back, and will be doing everything in my power to make sure people know my experience.

I have always loved QC Fuel but today’s experience was by far the best! I left with my smoothie not realize they’d given me the wrong size. They reached out to me to let me to let me know they made a mistake and fixed it for me! The staff there are super friendly and helpful!
I was introduced to QC FUEL today by a friend from work, Brooke. I am not from the area-but I travel here often for work and I am now addicted to these drinks! That was amazing, cured my headache & has me going. I am probably going to stop by after work & grab one for the trip home & maybe even one for my husband too.
