Horrible to say the least. The 2 Popeye locations that the Quad Cities have are a joke. Not only is the food never fresh, but the service is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend these 2 places to my worst enemy. Service is always slow, rude and I am always missing something with my order. A manager did come down from Louisiana one of he last times I actually had Popeyes. She called me and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced and said corporate flew her out here to help the stores run efficiently. Well that did not last long or the staff just do not care. Regardless....BEWARE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR YOUR FAVOR.

Food was decent the service was the worst I've ever had. As soon as I walked in I was blasted with human B.O. workers watched me stand at counter waiting to order for 15 min. And I was the only one in the place. They gave me my food with no plates, forks or napkins and when I went up to get some the employees just acted like I wasnt there. While my family and I finaly sat down to eat we witnessed three different drive-through customers come in because their order wasn't correct or asked for utensils and napkins. I will never go to this place again.
Ordered 5 strip dinner and less than half was edible. Chicken was stale and overcooked.
Service is rather slow but the staff are polite, the food was flavorful, and they got the order right.
This is hands down the most poorly ran fast food location in the quad cities. Every time I come here I think "maybe it will be different", and it never is. Incredibly long wait times for food, awful customer service, food has been undercooked and incorrect multiple times. I never write reviews and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt as I've worked retail my whole life and understand how hard serving people can be, but this place should be closed down. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
VERY slow service at the drive-in window mid-afternoon. No apology from the manager. Food was lukewarm. Chicken tenders were 80% breading. It's now 4 days later, no return call from district manager. Popeyes used to be good.
Went today noone in front and no cars parked. In fast food drive through the girl talking through the pa could hardly be understood! Then when my husband repeated what she had said and we were about to order she said hold on and she'd get back with us. 5 minutes later we left as well as the one car behind us. This was approximately 1pm 4/8/2022. I love Popeyes, but customer service is non-existent. Either that or the staff fights with each other. We never know what we're going to get so we hardly go there anymore. Chick-fil-A was doing great business though, I wonder why?
This is by far the WORST Popeyes I have ever been to. Customer Service Sucks! They Gave Me Bad BAD Food Not Even Over Exaggerating, Then When I Went Back To Take My Food Back, They Made Me Wait A Long Time Just To Find Out The Food Was Still Bad, Then The Lady Was So Rude On Her Cellphone Etc. They Definitely Need To Close It Down Or Hire Different People And Fire The Ones That Work Here. No Stars From Me And Yes I Am Pissed….
never any food prepared, kitchen looks abandoned and empty, long wait times and always out of everything. I only go here for my job, and I will never go there for myself.
