Usually its good but lately they've been forgetting items that were clearly a part of the order online. If it just happened once it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it's happened multiple times for me and my fam. And I'll just feel guilty for wasting ppls times since its usually stuff like the 2-liters and I'm not gonna make someone drive all the way back and forth just for that.
Didn't care for it but was hungry. Delivery guy was on time & guy who I talked to who took my order was nice but the pizza itself I just wasn't thrilled about the taste that's all.
Good location and pizzas made fast and right.
I love papa johns and am never disappointed until tonight .. I got an EXTREMELY small cheese pizza which I always get but it’s an actual (SMALL) and I ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza and it’s the same size as a SMALL! … it does say the sizes on the boxes so I’m not sure what happened if they decided they are gonna make them smaller or what but I’m not impressed not that they care to impress me but like I said I love their pizza but I probably won’t order again if I’m gonna get the same ITTY BITTY pizzas .. I’ll still recommend them because I think they are good but NOT willing to pay the price for the amount of pizza I received again.
Love papas pizzas, but last time I got a raw pizza. I asked to have a new one made but it was going to take over an hour so I decided I wanted a refund. They couldn’t refund me, being in a hotel I can’t cook a pizza right now so I went without dinner. They were very rude over the phone and the app doesn’t work correctly. Thanks a lot!

Fresh ingredients makes for a good pizza but only if you aren't super stingy with the toppings.
The manager put me on hold 2 times for 10 minutes each time and had 2 friends call the same time I was on hold and never answered, I ended up driving to the location while on hold for over 15 minutes and the delivery people were just sitting outside on there phones and smoking, after Speaking with the manager and attitude I got from her i decided for them not to handle my food or deal with them, BUT LONG STORY SHORT I DIDNT GET AN APOLOGY OR EVEN GET A COUPON!! I was ignored over 5 times!!
Usually a good restaurant...but not good this time.
Great pizza for an alright price. Customer service was pretty good.
