I was pretty annoyed with them at first. I ordered a meatless and cheeseless pizza online. I chose clean cut but there was nowhere for me to write food allergy (at least I didn't see a place). I tried calling right after order was placed but they instantly put me on hold. I ended up hanging up and calling about 5 more times before they answered. I told them what I wanted about the food allergy but he said the pizza was already in the oven. I told him it'd be nice if you answered the phone so I could tell you. He claimed they couldn't answer because they were making my pizza!Credit to them despite the less then expected service... The pizza and sticks were excellent. We rarely get to eat Papa John's but it's usually good. No one got sick either.
Pizza would have been lot better if someone would cooked it . :/ The center was so doughy it stuck to the box and the cheese it self was still in solid shreds, umelted. I mean a med 2 topping pizza shouldn't be that hard to cook properly.
Crust too flimsy scarcely any toppings. Taste too bland. Disappointed
It's been 8 years and my large two topping pepperoni pizza with jalapenos hasn't been delivered yet.
Always one of my favorites. They have the best ingredients especially the mushrooms and onions
Delivery driver showed up at the door, knocked briefly and left with my food before I could get to the door even though the instructions were to *leave at the door*. They cancelled that order and then a second one. When I called to leave a complaint, they let the phone ring and didn't pick up. The single worst service I've ever had with any company.
I know weather was awful. I was going to tip 5 bucks on an order costing just under 20$. But after the 75 minute expected delivery time and another 15 minutes passed, I called to check on my order. To my great frustration at still not eating for an hour and a half, ( I was hungry when I called ), I am told that the driver called the phone I'm posting THIS REVIEW FROM, but it wasnt a WORKING NUMBER! So me and my girlfriend's order had been VOIDED and we would be recieving no food after waiting for an hour and a half and then they showed the LOVELINESS to get snotty with ME for, I dont know... Having the audacity to place my dinner order? Just added insult to injury. Amazing service all the way around. I will be speaking to GM tomorrow or Monday. Ordered a pizza and a few hours later I find this. Pizza was good. Will continue to order because that’s what my kids like.. I was just in shock.
we order 2 pizzas. the pizza is nasty. the crust tastes like crape and their is barely any sauce. it was so nasty we threw it out and ordered from tonys
ordered pizza last night about 1am got the pizza it was extremely doughy ..I called to speak to manager and they said they would call back Noone did u called Corry the manager and he was extremely nonchalant about the whole situation!
