I have been stopping at a bunch of paneras across US, always for the same oatmeal, this one at this location was kind of sub par, fewer strawberries and pecans, not a big deal but still. Also wifi is on but not working.
I did the pick up for my food, I went inside and went to the area the app told me to be. I see on the screen that they are still working on my order. My app tells me the order is ready, my name goes away On the screen I was looking at but I still don't seem my food. Wait a couple minutes still no food, I walked up to the counter where you get your food and NO ONE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I finally spoke kinda loud a couple of times to get someone to talk to me. A girl takes my name and looks over and asks someone to check the bag that was sitting in a counter, and I finally get my food.If your not going to use the area that is set up for that please at least have your staff acknowledge/greet the guest when they have a lost look or need to ask a question.
They were out of a new menu item...should they have temporarily removed it from the menu? My buzzer activated indicating my order was ready. I set the buzzer on the counter. This was wrong and the lady behind the counter told me to put it in the basket on the table. When I looked up, she was walking away. I assumed the two meals on the counter were mine; because she never said they were, nor did she tell me to enjoy, have a nice day or the like.The food is fine but that employee left me feeling she just assumed no one came in at all.
Forgot the meat on our salads. Noticed when we got home. Called. Yah we’ll remake it. No apologies. No lunch is on us. Just here are your remakes. With the cost of gas I guess I better go to Chick Fillet. Better salad, better chicken, lower price!! Hmmmmm
I ordered a soup in a bowl and didn’t get the bowl. I tried to call them and you can’t get through. It took along time to get my order and then get home to find out it isn’t right. Very pricey for what you get.
I ordered delivery for a friend. It was a bit of a wild ride, but Tara took charge and turned what would have been a horrible experience into an excellent one. I would go here anytime just because of the customer service I received from her.
tried calling 6 times to talk to an associate and the automatic system tells me to press five but when i do i get hung up on. nothing frustrates me more than when i call a store and their phone doesn’t even go to a real person.
Tried curbside pickup for the first time, ordered at 12:25pm, said my order would be ready at 12:59pm. All of the curbside parking spots were taken (3 of the vehicles didn't even have people in them), I arrived at 12:58, checked in, and waited for about 15 minutes. I finally decided to call but couldn't get a real person on the phone. Went inside and stood there for about 5 minutes, I finally got someone's attention, and they told me they were running about 20 minutes behind. I went back out to my car and waited for another 10 minutes until they finally brought my food out. My bread bowl wasn't even cut.. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to have to sit in your car and wait for 30 minutes? I understood that they were busy, but don't say my food will be ready at a certain time, when it won't be. Also, if I'm paying over $13 for a you pick 2 meal, my bread bowl better be cut, I mean come on....
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff, took the time to explain sandwiches and such and not like it was a chore to so so! Took time for each customer. Impressed! Awesome Staff!
I ordered broccoli mac and cheese.....got plain? The creamy tomato soup is pretty much all oil. This was probably the worst food I've ever received at Panera
