The food is good but I EXTREMELY recommend not to go through the drive through. My mom just went through there after a long day and they barely put any of the entree in one of the bowls with the mountain of rice, an entire order of crab ragoon is missing, and her cheesy bacon fries are just cheese fries. If you can go into the place to watch them and make sure they do it correctly. Idk if they don't have enough workers or if they were rushed, but this is almost the third time this has happened to me or someone I know.
Good food during day, but if you go after like 7:30 forget about ordering basically anything they just close the kitchen at 6pm even though they’re “open till 9”. There are multiple reviews stating this just take a look lol. Idk how the management team hasn’t gotten this right yet considering even at 8:15 their store is packed Friday and Saturday nights.
Always late every time we order from the app the food its never ready at pick up time and we have to wait another 20 minutes for the order
The fried rice and broccoli beef were FAR BETTER than I could have ever imagined. The fried rice had amazing flavor and the texture was just right. And the broccoli beef was cooked perfectly. The broccoli wasn't complete mush but it also wasn't snappy, it was perfect. And the flavor and tenderness of the beef was impeccable as well. My wife and I were blown away with the flavor and quality of both of our meals. Definitely coming back sooner rather than later.
I was in a hurry for lunch and every place had a long line except Panda Express so I stopped. It was super clean, smelled amazing, the woman who took my order was very pleasant and the food (chicken teriyaki with super greens) was hot and fresh. Will be back for sure!
Workers are extremely rude! They refuse to cook to order and close the kitchen at 7:45pm every night! Always say they are out of everything! They dump the tea two hours prior to closing. Literally everytime we go there it’s a long list of what we can’t get. It’s ridiculous! Do you job and offer your menu until close… it’s pretty simple.
As expected, tastes like Panda Express. The closest to us is 50 min drive, and the ladies room was closed when we got there. Still worth it.
How does panda express runout of noodles? The other options were white rice or fried rice, nothing else.fried rice very dry. Portions seemed small.
I hadn’t yet visited this location, so I decided to satisfy my cravings and give it a go. The drive thru took a little while, but I remained positive considering most places are closed by 8pm nowadays due to short staff (especially in the fast food industry!). Anyways, leaving this review because Derek made my experience very pleasant. When I arrived at the window I complimented his customer service as some of the best I’ve received in like.. 2 years. He told me “Thank you, I like to try and give a pleasant experience because I believe it makes everyone’s day a little bit better” SO SHOUT OUT TO YOU MAN. Food was fine. Location was not able to serve a couple different menu items because they were out of inventory at roughly 3pm. One restroom was out of order and the other had a broken lock. Last, they did not have forks so we had to use spoons and chop sticks. Since the fried rice is dry/a little overdone it’s tough to use chop sticks
