I usually love this place. It was my first time at the moline location. It was a pretty big let down, the veggies tasted nasty, everything tasted wet and mushy. The employees are very nice but it doesn’t look like they have very good management there. For just being newly opened you think the owner would be there. I’ve never been to a newly opened or even remold where the owner or his right hand guy there overseeing things to make sure the employees are trained right. They need to learn how to cook properly. Like drain the excess water out of the containers.
The freshness, juiceness, and small cut of the meat is vastly different from Utica ridge in Davenport. Not if they are cooking all up front or what (instead of as needed) also the hot sauce seems burnt? Meat is dry :( If you've been eating in Davenport don't go here it's not as good unfortunately
If I could give a zero, I would. Staff knew I walked in, did not greet me as I stood there. 3 girls took out garbage and two guys cooking looked and me and turned back around like I was t there. Stood there another 3 minutes and wished I had walked out. The bowl I ordered was all cold food. The guy cooking and preparing food with gloves on also handled my money with grease on his gloves. He never said thank you as I walked out the door he used the same gloves to grab a hand full of cut chicken and put it in the next order of two burritos a new customer ordered. I took one bite of my food and threw it out. Terrible and cold! I do not recommend eating at the Moline location
Tried this place this past Saturday night .. no one was there and now I know why. The inside temperature felt like 150 degrees which added to the unpleasant experience. The food was just ok .. the rice had no flavor well most of it didn’t to be honest. This doesn’t seem like a place that will be around for long .. other places are much better.
Fantastic 1st time experience. The person behind the counter took time to explain everything. She was very polite and patient with us. Will definitely be back.
Decided to stop and give it a try in the way to a concert. Was not disappointed. Create your own options, with good selections. Food was good and service was fast. Very helpful employees for those who have never been there before.Overall, will definitely revisit if near one again.
The staff is quick and gives you what you pay for. All the food is great. I usually go on lunch and never have to wait long I'd there is a lineI took my son with me the other day and the manager or shift lead was super understanding when my son just wanted rice and meat. It's not an option on the kids menu so they accommodated and only charged me for a side of rice and extra meat.
This is the best Pancheros in the quad cities. They were out of dough so I got a bowl instead of a burrito. No biggie. BUT then they gave me free chips and queso for the inconvenience. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?
I’ve visited this location on many occasions, and it just never seems to improve. Staff expressed their anger when I requested shrimp on my burrito. I received a total of 2 shrimp on my chewy, doughy cold burrito for an additional charge.
Burrito was crazy small and cold. The filling is easily half of what either of the Pancheros in Davenport give, to the point I looked online to see if there was a Lunch Size I accidentally ordered or something. Nope, same price but half the filling in the same big tortilla. The little bit of filling they put in their "giant" burrito was cold, as is the $4. side of queso I bought with chips. The queso is all coagulated to almost a cold solid that I can't fathom anyone would wa
