Took my granddaughter out for her birthday dinner along without daughter and grandson. We were seated right away, the food was good but the service was horrible. The server Abigail S only checked on us one time, I had to ask for a drink refill for my granddaughter, we ran out of bread, I had to go ask the hostess to find take home boxes for us all the while our server helped table next to us many times while ignoring ours. When I finally got her attention I asked for the check and waited another several minutes before she returned with my change. To her credit, she did bring me 2 bags for my takeout containers and some mints. Olive Garden do better and properly train your servers.
My husband and I dined at this Olive Garden, for my birthday. We were greeted by lovely young hostess'es who opened the doors for us. We we're waited on by Abby. The salad was fresh and tasty, the Italian trio entree delicious, but most importantly was Abby's professional and friendly service through out our experience.....she scores 100%!!!! Thank you Abby we look forward to returning!!!
Loved the Giant Cheese Filled Shells, they were delicious. Only a short wait for a table and service was awesome!
We were completely exhausted,So at our hotel room after a rough,hard,day of moving we decided to order olive garden. We ordered three chicken alfredos,breadsticks,and salads.The lady on the phone said "ok" so minutes later just before they closed on Easter day. We went back in our room to find out we INSTEAD got three Parmigiana chicken's. And our food tasted like rubber. Did I mention the lady there was very rude. We tried to call back but they ignored us and charged us a arm and a leg. THIS IS THE WORST OLIVE GARDEN I'D EVER HAD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My family ended up with a awful Easter ever. Shame on you. Also if I was you fire her. *Also we called repeatly while there were still open at 09:30 pm*
The food was great. My wife had the steak dinner. She likes it well done. She doesn't like to see the meat pink on the inside. It was just the way she likes it. And still tender. She was happy. We will definitely be going back there.
One of the newer designed buildings that OG has to offer. Our server for lunch was very pleasant and efficient. While we dined on soups and salads our server checked back on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The bathroom was very clean, and all of the staff were pleasant. I would dine here again if I were in the area. An overall good representation of the franchise!
Had dinner with my family tonight service was great, food was great and Robert was our server he did great, thank you Robert and your long Island we're great will be back soon for more
Food is normal Olive Garden but the wait staff here needs some training. Ever since this location opened they have had service issues. Some professional servers would be much appreciated but I understand with manpower issues lately.
Well for starters we went around 1130 am. They had us wait for a hour when they had over half their tables empty. Then once we got seated my first drink which was signature margarita didn't get to the table until after the entrees where served.
I always forget about this location and go to the one in Davenport. This time I decided to give this location a shot. At first when the hostess with the glasses tried to sit us, the table was still dirty. She had a bit of an attitude when we asked her to move. She wiped the table off and it still wasn't clean. When our sever, Laurel (I believe that was her name) came to introduce her and get our drinks we let her know that we weren't happy with the cleanliness of this table, without any hesitation she asked us if we would like to move. She was very nice and would go back just for her service. The food was great, expensive but great. Seems like the prices have gone up. This is a bit random but the bathroom was very clean and tended to.
