Normally go here every once in a while and order the same thing. A number 5 (10 piece nugget) with bbq and a sprite. My final request is that it's fresh. I'm always respectful while ordering.. however I find myself in a rather interesting case yesterday. I got my usual plus an Ice cream which I requested to be made at the end of my order. The person at the window had an air pod on so I'm not all quite sure what he heard while I was ordering.. I get to the window expecting to be parked like usual for the fresh order only to hear them talk about my order.. Some person in maroon which I assume was the shift leader said not to park me because my order was done? Mind you I haven't been in the line longer than 5 minutes. She gave me lukewarm nuggets and fresh fries... I give props to the person at the window trying to do the right thing by saying remake the ice cream because at this point it was a sticky mess and melting everywhere! I'll still visit this location however.
Excellent food and service. The waitress was was patient with the person who was with me when he complained that he wanted her to make a fresh pot of coffee because the coffee was too weak.
Mc Donald's food tastes the same whether you are in Boston or Los Angeles. The food was hot and tasted as I expected.
Ordered food online, pulled into curbside and checked in. 10 min later, no food. Went inside after seeing them clear drive thru and they didn't even know they had an order. 15 min later we where on our way. They did make it fresh and upgraded everything, but the fact I ordered to get in and out just didn't happen.
Fast, convenient, reasonable, and helpful staff. Not the biggest fan of the way the staff member talked while taking the order, kept feeling rushed also got the food and then had to pull forward to wait (little bit longer than expected) to receive drink! Altogether far experience though.
McDonald's continues to thrive best they can, even though they need hearing aides, really I asked for a sundae on my order, never paid for it but a gentleman left behind their sundae due to no spoon and he and his girlfriend said they did not like caramel sundae, Thanks ?
If you like being yelled at by the staff in the drive thru for no reason, then this is your place
Seriously though our mcdoubles looked a little rough. Kind of like they got their butts kicked by the quarter pounders. ???However we managed to put them back together and ate them rather quickly. Sometimes you just have to eat shameful fast food. Moral of the story just because something looks a little disheveled doesn't mean it's not good. Happy Golden Arches
