I don’t understand how incompetent you could be. You forgot my food in my DoorDash and gave me cold hard fries. On top of the fact when I called you said how you know you didn’t put it in the bag I hate this McDonald’s 0/10 cold fries no straw and no meal
I know that fast food can seem dreary, but rudeness shouldn't be prevalent. Sometimes I get a cheery person and most times not. If you don't like your job, then go somewhere else is my advice. Customers shouldn't have to endure that.
if you are trying to get breakfast before 7am through the drive through, prepare for a 20-30min wait. I have experienced this on about 3-4 occasions.
Went in for our mobile order since the drive thru cannot seem to get it together. Associates either off work or waiting to begin work walking around the dining area with no shoes or socks on, the garbage cans are full, and flies all around. Last time we come in. Makes us not to want to visit the drive thru either. What has happened to this one....

This is the worst run McDonald’s ever. The manager working on Friday was rude and yelled at me liked I worked there when I asked for the sauce that I ordered. Yelled at me that I only get what I ordered, well I didn’t get what was on my receipt. Thanks for being awful.
Went through drive through. Fries were very old. Ordered Double quarter pounder with cheese plain with pickles and it ended up with onions on it. It was also incredibly greasy, leaked through box and bag.
The food was cold fries, quarter pounder, fish fillet and chicken nuggets in was cold french fries was like they was refried and hard. The lines was long and you can here the workers sounds like they was arguing inside.
Definitely will not be back. Ever since I made a corporate call against a manager the employees didn't seem to like that.. Overcooked items when asked fresh, can smell the bad hygiene through the window, disrespectful. Used to be happy but I'm not. If I could rate 0 I definitely would.
