Worn out decor and very utilitarian set up. Sandwiches evoke memories of being a kid in the 60's. Not very good now. I will not be back.
My Maid Rites were cold and I had to microwave them and poorly prepared? I tried to call 2 hours before close to place an order and they were not answering the phones at all. The cook didn’t cook any of the meal. The young lady that took my order cooked my meal and was waiting on four different orders by herself.
One of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. In the group of 7 of us we have experienced 100s of different dining locations from gas stations to 4 star steak houses. There server held her composure very well and handled our issues as well as we ever could have asked, but if they had management that knew what they were doing our issues never would have happened. My burger had spoiled tomatoes, my brother in-laws and father-laws did as well. My wife got spoiled loose meat sandwich, and so did my nephew. Our experience was very off putting at best. If you desire good food at a good price, save your money and runaway from here.
Food was underwhelming bad, staff acted like they didn't want to service us, We even literally heard one of them say you can take them because she didn't want to get up from where she was sitting. The place was great when I was a kid. Would've had a better time eating a sandwich at home.
The people were really nice and the service was top notch but believe it or not after growing up in Iowa and all these decades this is my first time having a Maid-Rite sandwich and I thought it was terrible. No one in my family of five actually liked their food nor finished it.
Ordered 1 maidrite with cheese and 1 maidrite with mustard and pickle. What I received was 2 maidrite s with mustard. One with cheese, the other with pickles.
The food was so good! We will be returning. Everything came out quickly and very nice portion sizes. The milkshakes were amazing. The staff was very friendly. Recommend stopping if you're in town or passing through on the interstate. It's just a few minutes from the exit.
Fast friendly service. Waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and the servings, polite and very helpful.Food quality could definitely be better. Most of my fries were tiny little crunchy bits and pieces.
I sat there for 15 min without a drink or menu. There was no waitresses at all 2 cooks and they were not wearing masks. On top of that they was delivering food to the wrong tables. Ugh I left.
Yummy food, great service. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant all around nice place to meet up with friends
