I ordered carnitas for pick up. When I opened the tin with the guac, rice, and beans, they were covered with jalapeños- I don't like spicy things and they had never been on the carnitas that I ordered in the past. Everything was ruined. The tortillas were dry. What little guac there was, and there was very little, was mixed in the shredded iceberg lettuce. Had there been a sufficient serving of beans, I may have been able to eat some of them. So, basically my meal consisted of some pork. An expensive and disappointing meal.
We ate here a few weeks ago. The service was great. The food was the Bomb. Loved it. Will definitely be back.We went back last night. OMG the carnitas street tacos were Freaking the Best I ever had. So yummy. My new favorite.
It's hard to find a better place to take someone you love to such a an amazing Mexican Grill. The food is beyond perfect! And one of the best parts about Los Agaves are the incredibly hard-working employees with such a great attitude and such a perfect environment. Thank you!
I love this place. We have been going here since it first opened. Servers are very nice, food is great, and service is fast.
Mexican food is already my second best food category and I give major props to the entire team. The food is amazing and one can tell they work hard to keep this place clean and comfy.

Server went above and beyond for us. We tipped her very well for it. The restaurant was very clean. Service was amazing and food was excellent as it always is. I like the Avenue of the Cities restaurant the best!
Unfortunately, our agency called this location to check and make sure it was okay to come in with a group. They were clear over the phone that money needed to spent because they didn't want people just taking up their space and I told them money would be spent and it was not an issue at all. Upon our groups arrival, the hostess (different than who was spoken to in call) was extremely rude. Stating we needed to leave by five and spend money and so on. Again it was explained that wasn't an issue and that our office closed at four pm meaning we would leave about an hour after our arrival. There were still members of the party we were waiting on and the hostess behavior continued to be very unprofessional. Our tables had already been set out with chips and so on, but ultimately due to the host commentary, we never sat down and went elsewhere. Los Agaves is not a good place for food, it's very low quality and a chain that never seems to be managed properly.
Los Agaves is an awesome restaurant! This is the best place to get a margarita and their food is delicious!They had a sign on the door that said they were understaffed due to covid and to please accept their apology as service might take longer than expected. This was not the case though. They were plenty fast and the staff was very friendly.¡Es un buen restaurante para comer!
