My wife and I stopped here and were happy we did. Great little candy store with a soda fountain and ice cream and a little cafe inside. We enjoyed some awesome ice cream and hand made chocolates and candy. Definitely a Place you must try if you’re visiting Moline. Not too far from the John Deere museum and shops.
Best candy shop for miles!! They have great food too but I only go for chocolate!!!
Absolute must visit throwback confectionery and lunch counter. Take a trip back in time with your family. Great sandwiches, sundaes, sodas and candies galore. Thank me later.
A treasure for chocolate lovers. Handmade chocolate that is European quality in the Midwest.A little disappointed that their dine in wasn't available today but it will be in a few weeks. Their ice cream is made there & is delicious. The hot fudge sundae is utterly worth the trip in. Handmade hot fudge is served on the side of the sundae. It could be sinful it is so good. Do not miss this little family operated treasure if you like chocolate.
Maybe it was the say if traveling. Or the fact we stopped at the Davenport shop first thanks GPS) but thought the place was ok. Love the history but they were not doing lunches due to staff, so experience was just ok. Will say that strawberry milk shake was Awesome!

Great long time place to get your chocolate fix for sure. Pleasantly surprised with the sugar free selection. And have a sandwich if it’s lunchtime! The best. Been in downtown Moline for years. A must stop place!!
the candy is awesome.. I home the fountain area opens soon so I have a reason to go back.. I was told mid spring.. they also directed us to melis up the block for a late breakfast.. that was a great call
Best chocolate around. This place is classic, I miss being able to sit inside as I love their sandwiches and sodas but I still enjoy popping in every now and then to buy some chocolates.
In pre-Covid times, we loved to come here and have delicious sandwiches and ice cream. Then we'd leave with a bag of home made chocolates. The waitress we love was so friendly and attentive. I miss those days, hoping they will be gone soon.
