Never going back, what a rip off. I got 7 pieces for my 8 piece bucket. Those 7 pieces could fit in the palm of my hand (wish I could upload picture) I also paid extra for a chicken breast and didn't recieve it. Laughing the whole time they're taking my order. $35 for 7 very small pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, 2 bowls of mashed potatoes & gravy. No coleslaw. No drinks.For $35 I can go to grocery store & get 8 biscuits, 30 ounce coleslaw, 8 servings of mashed potatoes, 3 whole rotisserie chickens and a 12 pack of soda. I'm not saving time by giving kfc more money for less food.
I was hoping to get a relaxing meal at KFC, I did not eat here I left. Upon arrival I noticed some dirt in front of the door on the sidewalk. Once I stepped in my feet were sliding on the floor and at that time I knew that the floor was covered in grease. That's when I realized the dirt outIn front of the door on the sidewalk was actually greased being tracked outsideFrom the greasy floor. looking around the restaurant was not clean at all. If they don't clean the floor you know they're not cleaning the cooking area. I just left and went to a different restaurant. The only way I will go back is if they tear that building down and build a new one
If I could give zero stars I would. Went through drive through and they didn’t give me half my order. Turned around on my way home and went back for them to fix it all and the food is cold, they still didn’t give me a side that I was supposed to get. Food is cold, didn’t get all my order, but I paid full price. Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience at all. Service is the worst. Extremely disappointing. Save yourself some money.
Quick service...good food. The place could use a good cleaning, though. Props to being open for inside dining!
Speed was quick and food was OK. Service was interesting, seem like they were just there and didn't care.
Every time i try to order a 10 piece bucket. They always say they don't have enough chicken. Then if you order 4 pieces its the same price as the 10 piece bucket. Kfc in Moline is terrible. Won't be going back!
Cant get a simple request of no pickles right dont have time to go back and have them mess order up again. Not the first time either,i dont recommended going to the south park kfc
Never been to a place where you can't place 2 separate orders! My coworker got lunch and I didn't because they can't do two separate orders. Thanks for no lunch kfc!!!!
Was just there, 5/27/22 approx 5:30 pm. Ordered an 8 pc meal, dark meat only. Got home, and apparently the person filling the order has not been taught the difference between dark meat and light meat. Checked our receipt, total was $26 and change. Not sure what the regular charge for an 8 pc meal is so not sure if we paid the upcharge for the dark meat only. Didn’t return with the incorrect order due to the 20 min drive. Very disappointed.
Went through drive thru. I had a coupon was told we don't take coupons here. Where did you get it. My response in the paper. There response Oh ummm I don't have a button for that, we can't take it. Rediculous! I will avoid this location.
