As a former employee of this Jimmy Johns, I cannot begin to describe how bad of an experience that was to buy one sandwich. You had 5 employees there with a 4 car pile up behind me, I paid and then had to wait 14 minutes for ONE BLT. I am not exaggerating either, order at 2:53 and got our sandwich at 3:07 with one car in front of me. You had 2 employees prioritizing what looked like a box order over one sandwich that would have taken one minute to finish, while the other three are just standing there not even attempting to try another order at the other station, like you're supposed to. My sandwich was finished at the actual window and not one employee even bothered to check if we got our food, who knows how long it was sitting there since it seemed like it was done for quite a while. Then after wasting the time of everyone behind me, they didn't even know what my order was.
I work around the corner from this said store. every time I order for delivery. It takes 30 mins to n hour for me to get my food. They are just around the corner!! I don't always get to clock out for my lunch so I have it delivered.
Blah!!! The 2 stars are for the lettuce only. I grew up hearing "don't knock it 'til you've tried it" and well I tried it and knocking it to a foul. It was a lesson learned to stick with Subway especially considering I want a sub that I'm gonna get my money worth and enjoy.

Not hating on the place, but it isn't for me. I thought the bread was a little too hard and the turkey meat tasted funny. Also a little pricey. Employees were super nice though... That's the one star!

Usually I like their totally tuna sandwiches & order them a lot.They're pretty good but the last one I ordered yesterday was horrible. It was very watery like they didn't drain out the tuna very well or put too much dressing on it even the bottom of the bread was damp with the liquid. For a tuna sandwiche that's over $7.00 you'd think they'd make it better.

It was amazing. They had my order to me very quickly. I broke my wrist and I can't drive. It was convenient, easy and delicious. I will be back.
Great sandwiches everytime, but the lack of bread, vegetable and cheese choices are what prevents me from choosing Jimmy John's over subway etc. Wish black olives were an option because I love them. Prices are a little high, but meat quality is superior to subway.
