Every location from East Moline to Eldridge is a complete travesty. I keep trying to get that nostalgic experience of having some Hungry Hobo like I did when I was younger but service and product quality have entered the 8th circle of hell… you must abandon ALL expectations if you wish to be even the most minimally satisfied with a hungry hobo food product. My sandwich was an absolute mess and my waffle fries were cooked for less than one minute and were smashed and soggy from the moment it left the the fryer. What are you guys doing with your restaurant??? Im convinced the only reason you stay open is because your customers give even less of an F than you do.This is the last time ANY Hungry Hobo will be getting my money.

Rueban was dry, no thousand island.as requested. Rye bread stale, fell apart. Sign of being stale. Different sandwich maker, from last month. Same time of day. 4pm.

It’s simple. The #11 EOP is simply perfect. Simply perfect. Predator, It’s a Wonderful Life, Budweiser bottles, fireworks on the 4th, snow on Christmas, Coca-Cola from McDonald’s, somethings are beyond understanding but universally accepted as an obvious bellwether within their respective fields. #11 is in that class. If I say #2, you’re legally allowed to think of poop or Jeter. If #11 should be uttered anywhere, people should think only of this sandwich. It’s that good.
Sandwiches are always made well but the main reason I'm leaving a 5 star is the gentlemen who works counter at lunch is consistently in a great mood and does his job fantastic. If I owned a company I'd steal him from you in a second!!!
Efficient. Recommend #11I spoke too soon! I got another #11 tonight and the whole wheat bun was extremely stale!!! Please make sure the bread is fresh. Please!

Worst Hungry Hobo in the QCA. I order on the app and show up at the right time and my order is never ready. The ends of the sandwiches are always just bread cause they can't place the meat evenly.But the worst thing is the fries. ALWAYS BURNT, NEVER A FULL PORTION. Like eating a pile of potato flavored chalk.I never have these problems at other locations.
