I’ve eaten here four times. Three times I’ve gotten completely destroyed doughnuts and Half filled disgusting coffees with tons of melted ice in it??? Now as I write this review my food is over two hours late. What are you doing?! This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant the entire time I’ve been alive! This is disgusting and ridiculous I’d rather eat nothing than deal with this piece of literal trash restaurant.
PSA the parking lot doesn't have sinkholes in it anymore. I call that a win!
Donuts are always fresh if you get there first thing in the morning but I got there late morning. Not always fresh at that time and the selection was minimal they only make donuts first thing in the morning they don't have someone around to replenish. Other sandwiches tasty
Absolutely horrible, I’ve tried dunkin in philly and it’s amazing, moline dunkin is an actual joke, i had glass all over my lid and my coffee tasted like it had hand sanitizer in it basically making it not drinkable, no refunds or anything, donuts and bagel bites were fire tho, terrible coffee.
Best place to get coffee. I prefer Dunkin donuts over Starbucks because they are very affordable. They have a variety of products and flavors. They are very professional and nice and have very friendly service.
The employees are amazing the owners are definitely not they yell at employees in front of customers and are rude to the customers as well I think the corporation needs to review the current owners this is bad business!!!!!
Good food love donuts but kinda stale got a dozen only 5 was fresh please make them fresh.
Had some trouble with getting the order right in drive thru but it worked out.
Dunkin has really gone downhill over the years. Their price is also pretty ridiculous. Went last night to get some donuts. All of them are pretty much stale. Paid over seven dollars for half a dozen. I remember the Boston creams used to be longjohns with generous amount of filling. They went to these little heart-shaped donuts, with barely any filling at all. As a kid I used to go to the other location on the Avenue of the cities and around 1 AM you could even get them fresh made and warm. I would much rather go to Hy-Vee after 4 PM, and pay $.50 a doughnut. Hyvee‘s donuts are in another galaxy compared to what Dunkin produces.
Dunkin' should probably dunk some more employees in their restaurant. Whenever I come here, the line is INCREDIBLY long. However, an employee knows my order and name by heart. I'll give it grace.
