Delicious ice cream can't wait to go back
Totally overpriced for the mediocre food we got. Chicken bites for my son were tiny and definitely not worth the $6. My Red Velvet Blizzard was vanilla with a few specks of red velvet. And the employee barely spoke and not polite. So disappointed.

get order right. paid extra for cheesecake pieces and they forgot. called and they were already closed.
Was very happy yesterday when at least one of the employees knew how to wear a mask correctly. Masks do no good if they are not on the nose also.
Wanted to purchase a cake for birthday tomorrow like I often do and door locked and no sign as to how to purchase. Got someones attention and pointed to cake freezer and worker shook his head “no”. Impossible to select a cake via a drive through. I understand these days are different due to covid but a business should at least have signage. I see why this 53rd St Moline IL DQ has so many bad reviews.
Me and my friend where being very respectful and I didn’t really want anything at the moment and my friend did so she got her food and when it came out I had decided that I actually did want something. When I went to order the woman taking my order said “I thought you didn’t want anything” in a very rude tone so I had said I didn’t it I changed my mind. I was being in no way disrespectful and even after the incident I was still very polite and said thank you she then proceeded to slam my drink and slide it to me. I would not recommended going to this location at all! But however would say most other ones I have been to are all very respectful and quick. ( the other lady who was “ working” had her friend there and was socializing.
My kids and came into DQ this evening and I can honestly say this was the best! Great food and service. Lois was awesome, she actually waited on us like we where her favorite guests.
Awesome customer service! Ms. Lois was soo sweet and kind that works the Lobby! The food was hot and fresh and delicious! Keep it up DQ!!!
This place was amazing from the food to customer service and clean from the lobby to the restroom! Rashia the cook delivered hot fresh food. The front counter ladies were friendly upon taking order. The young lady Lois cleaning the lobby was amazing and had wonderful customer service. She was a sweet heart and was willing to assist as needed to ensure my visit went great. I will most definitely be back to this location!
