Fun of chipotle, 15 bucks a bowl and the seaver is acting like he is personally paying for portions out of thier own pocket. Maybe sell smaller bowls
I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute worst service. My burrito bowl was half full and had only nine pieces of steak, hardly any rice in it. A family member’s tacos had three pieces of steak. For $10 a meal (at least) there should be more in the portion. Will not be going back.
Not overly impressive, every other visit there's an issue of some kind. No drinks, burrito has hardly any of one ingredient, bag of chips pathetically filled.
Place seems popular based on the crowd. I picked up for dineout and serivenis fast. Ambience is not fascinating for dine in. Food quality worth penny
Just a typical fast food chain where all the employees are really hard workers and the manager thinks they’re better than working so they sit in the office on their phone all day. God, that would just raise my blood pressure. I should call off work to go get that checked out. I miss when Manny was in charge. Much better energy and the employees seemed happy and not as stressed!
The last two time I've eaten here I have been disappointed.I work for a restaurant so I understand wanting to maximize profits but cutting down on costs.But yesterday I ordered a burrito yesterday and its was 50% lettuce. Also every bite only included one item, so a bite of chicken, then a bite of lettuce, then a bite of rice, then a bot of cheese. This will be my last time at this location.
I love Chipotle but was was grossed out after being nearly their first customer today. I walked in and noticed immediately that the tables and floors were never cleaned after they closed the previous day. Customer service was okay. Went to fill a cup with pop to find it spaying all over me. The dink machine had not been set up properly. I’m now a sticky mess. No apology.
Called ahead to make sure they had proteins as they have not had them ready at night in the past, could not get through to anyone. Once I did after having to talk to customer service to connect me, they stated they did have proteins, but failed to mention they did not have pico or guac. Waste of a trip & gas once arrived, not to mention workers on phones(while I couldn’t be answered?). Avoid this location
Terrible service, the entitled brat working the line was very rude and inconsiderate. Made me feel like I wasn't welcome at all for needing an extra second to order.. no one else was in line.
They'll mess up your order. Past couple of times I order online they botched it. They obviously realized the mistake of adding steak to a chicken bowl and sent it out anyway. Have gotten bowls instead of burritos and mixed proteins on bowls.Not cool, staff is overwhelmed and the organization is not giving them the tools or resources to ensure proper quality control. Need to let the workers pause online orders and deliveries when they are overwhelmed.
