Thanks to Maria our server for excellent service she is great with the kids in the group. Lisa (manager) checked on with us, everythis was very good. Great staff makes for a perfect experience.
I ate here about 10 years ago and had a good steak, this time I had the same but it was much better, the atmosphere was better, our server was new, but super nice! and super friendly, and the food was great! highly recommend you stopping by, I loved my steak!
We have been there twice now.Service was excellent both times.Great Medieval style atmosphere.Got the beer battered cod dinner once and the Ribs /chicken tenders once they were all delicious. Also had skins as an app and the french onion soup is the best i have ever had. The onions literally melt in your mouth!I love the Rum flight-darling little glasses with 4 different tropical rum drinks. Almost got 2!We will be coming again frequently as we look forward to trying everything on the menu!
I have been Herr many times but a visit last night was very disappointing. Service was very slow and seemed to be all servers were very young. When food came the salad was small, I ordered prime rib which was expensive but also I'd say 75% fat & the rest was so rare I could barly eat. I had ordered it medium well. Pictured below will show, I have as presented and then after I removed all the unedible fat. Very disappointing. Potatoes & veggies were cold when received with the plate and not as good as I remember. I think maybe it's going downhill.
Last night I was told we had ten minutes to finish our meals because someone had reserved the booth we were in. We were still eating our meal and enjoying a second drink. We were there first and if you reserve a booth then don't put guest into reserve tables! There were many open tables and you were not that busy! This really upset me as I was enjoying quality time with a family member I had not seen through the covid period. Shame on you! We ended up putting our dinners in boxes to go and swallowed our drinks . We paid good money for your dinners and drinks! My evening was ruined !
I didn’t really enjoy the food here. The only thing that I liked was the garlic bread and the popcorn. Lol. I really thought that the corn was sweet but it was bland, not really good at all.The presentation of salad was not appetizing. The fries was not good also, like no taste. The calamari was salty. Way too overpriced for something not that good.
Use to like going here to eat not anymore. Prices have increased considerably for the portion size u get. The woman entertainment was not very good. She sounded like a signing goat. Our server was the only good part of the evening.

My roommate ordered 2 prime rib dinners tonight and told me to pick it up at 6:15 curbside service I called and the girl on the phone had no idea. I waited about 5 minutes and went inside waited a good 3 minutes for the kid at the desk to tell me it wasn't ready yet. At about 6:40 I am really aggravated. At 7:45 after my roommate calls to complain another kid walks up and my order had been sitting under the counter the whe time. By then the food was dried and a lite on the chilly side. Train the kids you have working there or hire some adults with experience. Never doing that again. Not from the squire
The Schnitzel was excellent. Would highly reccomend.
