I waited 30 minutes for 3 CHEESE quesadillas and they forgot about me!!!!!!! Everyone else ordered their food AFTER me and got their food BEFORE me!!!! I should have just made it at home. It would have been faster. I finally asked the manager what happened to my food and she said, "ohhhh I think they forgot". If I didn't pay in advance, I would have left. This manager is incompetent. Slowest service ever. Never going back.
This Taco Bell is literally the worst! The only one close in the area and they continually and constantly have at least to 10 to 15 cars in their drive-thru because they are so slow. They always have their lobby closed and they never have enough staff. If you call the phone number they refuse to answer it and they never get the orders for your food right.
This location is very hit-or-miss. I've had good and bad experiences here, depending on the time of day and available staff. I have ordered cheese quesadillas many times, and on more than one occasion received chicken quesadillas, which I did not realize until I was home with the food, and could not eat as I'm a vegetarian.When they get my order right and the food is fresh, it's one of the best Taco Bells in the area, but when the drive thru line is crowded, expect to get heat-lamp tasting food with very stingy amounts of cheese, beans, sauce, etc. The nacho fries are always great, however.
Order completely wrong, no sauce, which was asked for, no napkins. Tried calling for hours, they never answer their phone. Do yourself a favor, drive a little farther to a different taco bell!
Taco Bell tonight 8:30pm went through the drive thru, Ordered the steak chulupa supreme cravings box and guess what was missing. I love TB and hate to ever write a bad review but after 3 phone calls with no answer there is no way not to complain. Speed is awesome but double checking an order is essential... Thanks TB
Ya know, they don't always get it 100% of the time, but which chain fast food joint does? 8/10 times they have the best quality tbell food than most any other tbell in the area. The people who work there are also really chill, it's a good Taco Bell.
I love T-Bell. But the one thing I can never get past is that it's SUPER hit or miss. Sometimes it's phenomenal and cooked to perfection, other times is just sad how terrible it is. And when it's bad, it's bad. I just went now (2/5/22) and got some breakfast. My grande steak burrito is disgusting. All the potatoes are stale and hard to chew. The hashbrowns I got are cold and stale as well. How can you serve this to your customers?? It's disgusting. But when T-Bell is good, it's really good. I just wish it was more consistent, that's all
This place sucks. They made it very apparent that they do not know how to read a screen that tells then what to put on the food item they are making. Never going back awful
On Friday night, January 7 2022, I purchased 2 soft shell tacos.The next morning, I woke up completely soaked with sweat. I was in serious pain. I ended up getting food poisoning from the food. If you do choose to have taco bell, be aware of the possibility of illness.
Drove all the way home to find out they gave me the wrong food, tried to call and get a credit, nobody answers the phone. Had to waste 20 minutes going back and having the order fixed. Happens all the time here, I should have checked before I drove off.
