Ordered an Italian beef with sweet peppers and a side salad. Didn't receive salad or peppers, beef was on its side dripping out of the container in the bag. Also ordered a meatball pizza, was undercooked and lukewarm when it was delivered, barely cut. I expected better for a $75 meal. We used to love this location, however after 3 recent tries I just cannot recommend this location. Richmond one is fantastic.
I always order pizza- B.O.S.S with double dough and extra cheese, sometimes I throw on some pineapple when I'm feeling adventurous! My husband likes the Italian beef pizza. And often we get wings. Always delivered hot and fresh! Have never had any issues with order being wrong, or not receiving all items. And if a mistake was made, I feel it safe to say they would rectify immediately.Thanks! To Papa Savarios for cooking when I don't want to!!!

I placed an online order Sunday Sept. 19th for a 1:00pm delivery. Pizza never came. Tried to call, no answer. The delivery guy shows up at 4:00pm with the pizza. I refused a 3 hour late delivery and called, finally getting an answer. I received an apology and an assurance I would not be charged for the $38.34 order. To date this hasn't happened. My account was charged and I'm disputing this with the bank.Papa Severios has my phone number and email and never attempted to reach out to me. I would not recommend this Papa Severios to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.

I gave up on the pizza after getting my order wrong. I tried the baked mostaccioli. It was pasta with water in the tubes which watered down the awful sauce they called "meat sauce". It was if they opened a can of diced tomatoes and poured it over wet pasta. I got totally ripped off today, as I ordered grilled chicken caesar salad. For EIGHTEEN dollars and change, I received 2 SMALL bowls of salad, mostly croutons ... Three strikes and you're out. NEVER AGAIN
The stuffed pizza is awesome.
