Lady working cash register was hard to understand. Need better English to Communicate . An I ordered a turkey sandwich the tomato was horrible. I couldn't even eat the sandwich. Made it taste like it was rotten. Waist of Money an gas to go there . Beter to eat at home . Well to be honest I make a better turkey sandwich then them any day of the week . An I dont use rotten tomatoes. Bottom line it sucked. Dont waste your money an gas to go get a turkey sandwich.
Used to love panera We went here and it was just a piece of bread with so little meat I couldn't just order the bread the last time I ordered a soup bread bowl No bread bowl and it's was not jut are table no more Panerai for me if thay want to save money charge more and give me more meat
Food is great. But don't stop here for your lunch break unless you order online. Even then chances are your order won't be ready when you arrive. Slowest food service in town.
My order was prepared accurate and on time.My food was very delicious and everything was made fresh.I am so happy that we decided to eat at that location. Our broccoli soups were very good.Also the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwiches were made how we wanted it.Bravo!
Orderd for delivery. After 40 minutes while still watching the door, nothing. Tried to call and said I had to go on Google. Did that and nothing on there to find out where my order was. After an hour , looked outside again and my order was sitting outside my door. Ice cold. No text , email , phone call or ring of my doorbell to let me know it had been delivered. Overpriced. Never again.
Tried the flat bread pepperoni pizza and was very delicious. I love this location because the staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for a great experience
Web page says they are open until 9 pm every night but when I went there on Sunday they were closed before 7:30 pm. Besides the web page not updated with current information so people are not wasting their time, it is a good store with nice people.
I know we’re in logistic hell with COVID but if you don’t have enough to serve just close or remove those items from being able to be ordered. Called to request help/refund/another item and the manager tried to blame the two little girls they have running the place…there’s a reason no one stays to work here. Treat your employees better and do better for clients :(
Instead of stocking shelves or any other non-time-critical task, service customers waiting in line.
OK soup. Definitely overpriced! Mariano's is better!
