Every time I have come to this location they are out of the items that I request and the wait time is usually suggested to be about 10 minutes and they usually take about half an hour. I went today and after waiting almost 5 minutes in a line that had not moved since I entered it I went inside of the restaurant to try and expedite my process to be greeted with another line that was almost out the door that only had one associate out of five that were working and visible to the customers helping the customers. One associate was working window while one associate was working the inside of the restaurant and everyone else seems to either be having conversations and not really doing anything or there was one person that was cooking food. This location is always chronically out of eggrolls as well. I honestly was trying to think of something positive to say but since I could not I have dropped my rating from two stars to one
I went in there with my husband and my 2 kids to enjoy our day as a family and a rude employee im pretty sure her name was Danielle ruined out experience and changed our view on this place. Overall the food was great and I ignored her but something should be done about this horrible situation.
I went through the drive through and ordered my wife a plate with chow mein,string bean chicken,and honey walnut shrimp.i ordered chow mein,honey walnut shrimp, and honey sesame chicken breast(even though I wanted grilled teriyaki chicken but they said they didn't have any).however my plate got string beans only,instead of the sesame chicken.
Recommend not ordering ahead and just ordering at the restaurant. Instead of having different people working on in person orders and orders, the online orders are done last no matter what the time you are told it’ll be ready it. You are told it’ll be ready in 14-19 minutes and still waiting in the store 35 minutes later.
Waited 15 min and they forgot an order out of 2. Went back and asked for a free entree for the wait and mistake to which they agreed after a 5 min wait we got our second order but no free entree. Just spit in my face next time
This is really just laughable. Preface… last time I went on a very busy night. I was told 5-10 minutes on an item. Totally cool. 30 minutes later(yes, I waited-busy night) and after watching two other cars go in and immediately walk out with their food, I did the same. Got both of my young children out of the car to go inside and ask for my order. My bag of food was setting on a counter. Still not upset. I open the boxes and my food is nearly cold. Still not mad. A bit disappointed, but worse things happen. I have a microwave plus, it’s a busy night for them.TODAY. A girl tells me 10 minutes and I say in a very polite tone“That’s fine. Not to sound rude, but I really don’t want to have to get my kids out. They forgot about me last time. Someone will be bringing the food out, right?.”Her response with a snappy tone - “We didn’t forget about it you, sometimes it just takes a while”Me-“It was like 30 minutes…but alright. ”Her-“ Yup, it happens.”All I needed was reassurance my food wouldn’t set and get cold.PLUS if you know food could take that long. Why not mention instead of leaving people wonder what is going on? And keep your attitude to yourself. COMMUNICATION people.
I experienced extreme discrimination against a paying customer. Absolutely unacceptable!
if I can give negative stars I would. Employees are rude, cant work under pressure. I was thrown out because I wasn't wearing a mask (even though I'm medically exempt and have a card stating I'm exempt!) they made me go to the drive through which I then waited 27 minutes to even order because they can only handle one car at a time.. one car orders and then goes up to pay once they left they took the other peoples orders.. so on so fourth. finally it was my time to order and they made me pull into a parking spot to wait for chow minutes. waited another 35 minutes for my food. The fried rice was so hard and bland I couldn't even eat it. I went to check on my food twice and just got attitude and sass each time while other people were being served and left while I was still waiting on chow mein....with how poorly I was treated and the nasty food I was served I will not come back
Very good service, I live 30 minutes away but will make the trip for this store. Other pandas ive been to have had dark and dirty stores. Even though they are super busy they effectively get through the orders. Employees are very nice and always welcome with a smile. There food is always fresh, and full of flavor. They one time accidentally gave me the wrong order in drive thru but was super helpful and nice and quickly gave me my order and apologized. Would definitely eat here again. Miss the chocolate chip cookies though. 9/10
Ordered my food online told me it would be 20mins showed up at the time they gave me and I still had to sit there for another 45min I didn't even order a big order. Ridiculous 2 hours for fast food thats a joke. Should of just ordered from Chinatown
