I don’t know how a span of two weeks being different days and times. They still can’t make a smoothie/ frappe/ shake/ pretty much any drink. Kinda sketch. And if the machine was broken you’d figure they would say that but all you get is a “Sorry, we’re unable to make that.” So you’re telling me a whole two weeks you can’t make any drinks and can’t explain why. Ok.
This is a good place although we get super busy over the weekend. Drive-through is a joke it will take you hours to get your order so I decided to go inside and this was much better. He could use some more personnel since the ladies in the front counter cannot take care of the walk-in customers. I saw a couple people complain of not getting attention by the order takers.
Before New Manager was placed into the store, The experience with customer service was absolutely 5 stars! Now that is under new management the store suck’s, is always short handed lobby is closed all the time, who ever the new manager is needs to be retrained like ASAP!!!! You can clearly see employees are under a lot of stress due to poor NEW management. Someone needs to get corporate in there, demote New manager and get some one that is actually going to care for the store , customers and definitely employees. No stars!! But in Order to post 1 badly star!
The morning manager was completely rude and comical. Got mad at me and yelled at me when I asked nicely for a refund because I had been waiting for my order for over a half hour. Was told I was a liar and that my order wasn't on their screen/system- I ordered through the app and even had proof.. disappointing.
Drove all the way here to get food, got here at 10:45pm , shows they are open until midnight, yet all the lights were off and no one was there.If your times changed you should update your website, won't be coming back to this McDonald's again.I Will be taking my business to the one off of rt120.Thankfully they are committed to working there scheduled hours that there web site shows and not closing early

Was in there for 2 minutes and managed to hear >10 F bombs as well as just general immature unprofessionalism. The same crew that messes up my orders at a 30-40% rate. I’m all for having a good time at work but thats not it.
Good job, this Mcdonalds is awful. Get home to see my double qtr is a single qtr. Feels weird complaining about Mcdonalds because well..... you know why. But seriously? This location needs reading training or something.. not the first time this has happened here.

The people who work there are not friendly at all and look like they hate their life. The lady who took my order said she was ready to leave and go home. Food service is slow... Not impressed
