I went to order some Buffalo Caesar wings, and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. While I was waiting, I observed the employees (all teenagers) in the back, and they appeared to be casually horsing around. There were 3 other customers who were waiting for their food as well. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally got my wings. They were smaller in size compared to the last time I ordered from there. When I tasted the wings; they were lukewarm.I was very disappointed; I’m going to have second thoughts coming back to that place!
Horrible customer service at this location. I always order online ahead of time and still... The staff there literally takes 5 to 10 minutes to even acknowledge that there is a customer inside. This isn't rocket science. Have a little bit of customer service skills or manners. They need a freaking bell at the front so that the clueless staff pays attention. And on top of that, they're always nonchalant and dismissive when "helping" customers. Go work elsewhere if you hate it there so much.
Worst place to order pizza. You have to wait 10-20 minutes before someone even comes up front to take your order. This place has gone downhill and I’ll never come back to this location again.
I went in about lunchtime and asked for a simple cheese pizza and they didn't have any ready and it would be at least 12 minutes cuz they would have to make them. I asked them why don't you have any available? - well it's slow here so oh, so whatever they lost my business
I ordered at the LC in McHenry, IL. I placed the order in the app and it told me that ny order would take 40 minutes. This seemed long so I showed up 15 minutes later amazed to find that they were not at all busy and had not put in my order yet. There were teenagers working that didn't seem to care about making the food and doing it well. No one seemed to be in charge. When pizzas were cut and put in boxes the girl was holding boxes vertical. Who knows what those pizzas looked like. The ICB I received had a hair in it and the boxes looked like they had mold in them all the edges. The pizza was hardly cut and the pizza sat out getting cold as I waited. I will not be returning to this store. It was dirty and disgusting. The warmers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. This store used to be great, but now I'm just disgusted...doesn't even deserve 1 star.
There was no ready cheese pizza and that was ok… even better I thought…cause I will get a freshly made pizza …instead I got a pizza that looks and tastes worst than leftovers. I normally don’t write reviews when my food is bad… but this was for my kids , they were excited to eat pizza. Not going to this location ever again…that’s for sure.
Stuffed crust is always the best. But on New Year’s Eve one of the girls that was working had a bad attitude. I called around 3ish like 8times to see if they were open, no answer. Finally got an answer & right away she said “just to let you know we’re no longer accepting orders over the phone” like okay? That’s good. I just wanted to ask what time they closed. Then my husband had passed through there around 5:30 to see if they were open & they were. Little did he know that I called before he got there. He came home with the food & he said that the lady didn’t seem to be in a happy mood because lastly she tossed the ranch at him. I’m like yea I could tell by her voice when I called. I agree what he said that he understands they’re busy but doesn’t give the right to treat customers with disrespect. Work is work & money is money. ??♀️
Pere ordered my pizza said it would be ready got there wasn't ready had to wait almost 30 minutes then I get the 2 pizza and the cheese bread...all were burnt like black crispy burnt I expected better then this when paying for food my 12 year old son could cook pizza better then this
Unbelievable how no one cares to get an order completed. Waste of time
Took way too long to get the food. If I order online and it says 5:05-5:10, I could understand 10-15 minutes after that like I get the whole world is short staffed. But not 45 minutes, we got our food at 5:50. Food was good but service was way too slow. Maybe need to cut back on ordering options of just cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizzas and just crazy bread not the rest of the options.
