Staff just sucks horrible do nothing right and get away with it. All they do is play around with each other. Manager is a kid that has no business being in charge.
They messed up the order and had to go back. Chicken breading tastes different. Not impressed.
Food was typical KFC, but it took 5 minutes for someone to notice me at the counter and then another 4 minutes for someone to take my order.
Horrible service. Doordash got it here in great time but not all items were in my order, the food actually all tasted bad, the tenders had almost no breading and what little there was just was oily and gross.
Fast and friendly service. Handicapped parking and building access. Must wear a mask and your good to go. Use the convenient drive thru. Dividers and staff are masked. Very clean place
Terrible service. We order the chicken meal (8 piece) that was supposed to come with 4 biscuits and they forgot the biscuits. In addition, we ordered another meal and they forgot the fries. On top of that, the chicken tenders were not fresh and they were cold. Don't waste your time or money at this location. I was the only one in the drive thru when I ordered so no excuses for not getting the order right. It was a rip off.
I just drove from Wonder Lake to McHenry KFC.I ordered the number 15 chicken breast extra crispy with mashed potatoes and gravy plus an additional side of macaroni and cheese.I should have checked the order before going home because when I got home I got home; I had a 3 piece dark chicken meal with coleslaw instead of macaroni.I don't like the dark meat which is why I ordered the chicken breast meal!I also don't like coleslaw which of course I was charged extra for .The problem doesn't stop there though, I've been trying to contact them via phone and no one is answering. NOT HAPPY.
The food was fresh, the employees were very pleasant.

Placed an order online at 6:15 and it is now 7:04 and its still not ready. The drive-thru line was almost out onto the street and they somehow got everyone else's order ready before the pre-ordered one I placed. Then they come out and tell me they might have sent out the wrong order (mine) to someone else. The kid that asked me my name at the drive thru window didn't even listen to me. They made my order 3 times and gave it out to 3 different people apparently. The order was done at about 7:10 .They did give me some free cookies, cakes, and biscuits. But I come home and the order is wrong. :/ I've worked fast food and I get it, sometimes there's mistakes, but I've never experienced something like this. The manager Matt was very nice and said I can get my next meal free. But honestly I'm still very disappointed in what we got for how much we paid.
