Super bummed on this super cold day! Stopped by before a baseball game to get hot coffee. They did correct my order with no issue when they brought an iced drink, but the hot drink they made me was warm- not hot. Sad! Then, my Friday sandwich was super crispy.... almost burnt. Overall disappointed in quality. Those 2 items were just shy of $12, and it was NOT good.
I just wanted to let you guys know that lexi and Alyssa at dunkin donuts in mchenry are the sweetest most nice and caring people that work for your company.I was having the most deplorable morning and I pulled up to the mchenry illinois location and lexi was so thoughtful and funny and sweet while taking my order I pulled up to take my coffee and my whole day changed because of your workers. Do not loose them as employees. As a restaurant manager myself i know good workers when i see them. I will return back and drive 30 minutes out of my way just to grab a coffee from those employees. Let the general manager know as well as the manager please. Thank you.
I regularly have issues coming here. My drink is either wrong or I don’t get what I ordered. I tried to call and complain but no one answers the phones. My drink had some type of plastic in it this time. This isn’t the first time I’ve found plastic in my drinks either.
they had like no donuts, they were out of all sprinkle donuts and chocolate donuts other than chocolate glazed. i asked for 2 chocolate glaze and a vanilla long john and they gave us everything except 1 glaze. didn’t tell us our total at all and never told us to pull up so we waited at the speaker awkwardly for 3 minutes at least. only thing they said to us was “have a good day” after she gave us everything and she sounded rude about itjust go to the dunkin’s in downtown mchenry! don’t waste your time here, it’s only 5 minutes more to the dunkin downtown, they are a combo baskin robbins as well so you could get ice cream if you wanted to as well!
I normally don't rate places I have a bad experience at but this one was just annoying my wife and I went to this store to get our morning routine and neither of our drinks got the whip cream and toppings they should have came with. They didn't give us my donut I asked for at all , they didn't give us a receipt for the order. Then my wife had to spend 10minutes arguing with them for just the donut and receipt.i just hope whoever placed all the googly eyes around also has the free time to fix the service.

Service was slow and there weren't many people in the drive through. The lady asked us to repeat our order a few times. We only had 2 drinks. From the looks of it there weren't many people inside either. The drinks were good and hot!
Alyssa stole 22$ right in front of us. We had to threaten to call cops after 30minutes of ordering and watching her serve 3 others behind us in the store behind us. We do not reccomend this location.All for a hot pumpkin spice latte?Its a trap go else wear. Get real and spend your CASH elsewhere.
Love this location...has the most Adorable and friendliest staff of any Dunkin anywhere.
