This location was amazing now, whenever I go in there is one employee doing his job but the other two are finding something to do instead of taking orders.You guys need to find new employees willing to work and fire those don't do the job. I will never be ordering from this store again. I wish I can give zero stars
There is three employees on shift one looked at us and walked away, the other 2 were sitting there on their phones knowing we were here and continued not to take our order, we stood here for 5 minutes waiting to order. Then the male comes up doesn’t know what he’s doing we tell him our order and he continues to walk away and does not ring us up. One female walks up and type it in as my boyfriend is paying he mentions also having a mobile order. And she just walks away. The drinks we ordered were also made completely wrong. By far the worst experience we’ve had at a Dunkin. We were standing there for over 20 minutes
Ordered Uber eats wrong donuts drink wasn’t full and grilled cheese not cooked and barely any cheese
Literally waited over 20 minutes for my order. Girl in register opened drive thru window said to wait one second and did not come back for 10 minutes !!!! Never once was told what was going on, girl was on the phone the whole time then just walked away and didn't even get my right order at the end. Worst experience even and extreamly unproffessional.
Most expensive Dunkin Donuts in the area owners are a joke it reflects upon their employees
I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke.
Got their maple bacon croissant sandwich, was super fresh and delicious the lady who took my order was awesome ! Will be back for the great customer service!
This is the worst DD I've ever came across..It was my 2nd time visiting this location and both times you sit and wait a very long time in the drive-thru. When I got to the speaker to order I waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and took my order. I ordered 2 XL coffees one with 6 cream 2 sugars and the other with 10 and 10. After I got the coffees and drove off I noticed on the cups one said 7 sugars 6 cream and the other was 6 and 6. I don't think they pay attention to what people order and give you whatever they feel like giving you.
