Walked in @ 8:30 on Sunday evening there were 6 employees working behind the counter. One was was angrily making what I assume was mobile orders as we walked up to the counter, she never even looked up. 3 other employees looked at us and looked at this girl making mobile orders but no one said a word to us. Not hi, not we will be with you in a moment. We were the only people at store, and this went on for 5 minutes. So we turned around and walked out. Not even then did anyone say a word. Customer service here is seriously lacking.

Felt pushed when they felt I was taking too long to find my rewards card. Left without using it. Also the Chorizo was way too spicy/salty.
This location used to be good. They don’t put proper portions of meat in burritos. They want to charge double for everything but don’t put the double amount in. Steak quesadilla had about a tablespoon of cheese. Very disappointed in the staff and the food

Food is good. But waiting in line for almost 30 mins because they are filling online orders more then taking care of the customers standing in the line at the store! I was like the 7th customer in line. You need to have someone separate for online orders . And the other taking care of the customers actually standing in line
So I like chipotle but lately, how my food has been prepared has been very sloppy and rushed. Service has also been half and half. Some people have customer service skills and some just act like they hate life.
A great place to get cheap and delicious food. Often busy but their delivery service was convenient and fast.
I received about 1/2 of a burrito bowl made with undercooked rice. The mchenry location used to much better!
Don’t rely on this chipotle if you are looking for consistency. They are always on and off with the portions and taste of product. Also the staff don’t take into consideration portion quantities. Serve others how you would want to be served.
