Should change the name of this place to beyond burger King, they are beyond slow. Sat in drive Thru for 15 min with 1 car at the order board in front of me still waiting to place their order. When the truck behind me backed out and left I too backed out. Decided to walk in. No one in line in front of me. A lady walked by and said I will be right with you. 5 min later she is still talking to the customer at the drive thru window. Another lady was at the counter touching all the sandwiches that were made,not putting then on a bag just touching them. Wouldn't even turn around to help. Just walked out,never again will I try to spend money here. You people have got to realize it's fast food. Key word "fast". Some only have 30 min for lunch, drive time and to eat. Not sit waiting because your too slow to do your job for 20 plus minutes. Would give zero stars but couldn't.
Went thru the drive thru & got a cold double bacon cheese burger.
food orders always wrong. manager is a rude jerk. for the 2nd time in 2 orders store got order wrong
Always old and cold whoppers at night. I live 4 minutes away. The fries are half full and they don't care about their jobs. The phone will be off the hook or they won't answer when you have issues.
Very poor attitude and In a hurry to get us thru the line. Me and the wife spent 26 Dollars and our Order was completely wrong. Very Disappointed in this location.
I love Burger King but their buns have been stale terrible
this place had everything we wanted. customer service was great too! we went to the burger king down on richmond rd first and they were out of burger patties so we went to this one afterwords and they werent out of anything. also their food was fresh

The workers were wonderful, the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. We had trouble ordering in the app with a coupon/promo and the woman took care of us, which we greatly appreciated as they have nothing to do with issues in the app and didn't have to honor the code that was in-app only. We had a great experience and highly recommend this location.
