Went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday for Mother’s Day. Now before you give them excuses, they were not busy at all when we walked in. In fact, there were only 3 tables being served at the time. They had lots of waitstaff and some for call in orders. We had 6 people and to make it easy we ordered things in the menu and nothing complicated. The 5 of us got our food while my husband still didn’t get his yet. His fries and onion rings were brought out first, but no burger. We were more than 1/2 way finished and he still didn’t get his food. Then it was excuses as to why this happened. They gave his food to another table so now we’re waiting again. Then I guess other people switched to other table messing up table.numbers. This should have NEVER happened. They gave us 25% off the bill but that’s not the point if this. That was my first and only time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. One and done.
Definitely dissatisfied with today’s dinner, 2 different prices same order. Tried ordering online and didn’t work, called and placed the same order but over the phone it was different, paid anyway. Hour to pick up, incomplete ultimate nachos, cold and very chewy fries, ordered Buffalo ranch crispy sandwich and got it with no Buffalo at all. Last time ordering out from the McHenry location. Not the first time disappoint from that store but deff the last
Avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings if you can! Prior to covid we would go in there a lot after various sporting events and it was great. During the height of covid we would still order carry out from here...... And then tonight happened. It took at least 15 to 20 minutes for us to even see our server. Then our food was brought out in 15 minute intervals. 1st my son's, then 10 minutes later my wife's, and then 15 minutes after that my daughters. My food wasn't even brought out until we received our bill and to add insult to injury it wasn't even what I had ordered. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they brought me a classic chicken sandwich. THIS WAS PATHETIC!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!! FIGURE IT OUT B-DUBS!!!!!!
My pregnant girlfriend & I both contracted salmonella from the traditional wings on Valentines day. We’ve both been out of work since then, im disgusted. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE
We had a grubhub delivery issue and Jen (manager) was AMAZING super kind and understanding and helped us out. She made a bad experience into a much better one. Thank you!
We always loved ordering from here, but the last few times the wraps were horrible.I spoke to the manager about it and they made sure the issue was fixed.The last wrap I received vs the one I just got.They listen to their customers!
The wings were just awful. Very dry and looked like they were reheated at least twice. Not to mention they got my order wrong. I was also missing items. I called to speak to the manager as i had ordered to go. He told me I'd get a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and I'm most definitely sure he never even submitted it. Save your money and get frozen wings instead.
Very disappointed with our order tonight. We got the bundle pack wings and a cheeseburger. The wings were naked, no sauce. We asked for medium sauce. We asked for carrots because the last time the celery was bad. We got celery again, no carrots, and the celery was disgusting again. The order was 60.00. Jewel is a better option for 12.99. Won't be ordering again.
My children, sister and brother in law visited this BWW on Friday, December 31st. We visited around lunchtime maybe closer to 1pm. We were seated pretty quickly, there was only 2 other tables at the time. Our server was nice, came over and quickly took our drinks, app and kids meals orders. The adults drinks were brought right away along with the appetizer, but the kids drinks didn’t come until their food came out which was strange. When we ordered a whole extra kids meal came out to the table, which we didn’t need/order. We were told it would be taken off the bill, which is wasn’t. My brother in law received his food first, and then we waited probably 15 mins for the next adult meal and then my sisters meal came another 15-20 mins after that, also waited for our sides of ranch which we get charged for, that’s understandable but didn’t get it until we were also almost done eating. We had to wait until the very end of eating to receive refills. Then I sat at the table for about 20 mins until the server returned to ask me if I needed something because I was still sitting there, which I needed to pay our bill. It just wasn’t a great experience, and it wouldn’t be somewhere that I plan on going to again with my family.
My family tried to order off of grubhub here. Tried to adjust the order on the phone due to a mistake but somehow the lady was extremely rude and I can hear her saying the food is already ready on grubhub. The lady tried to make us double pay??all u got to do is change it. How hard is it to change it. But I also want to know how do you prepare a order in 2 minutes because it was literally ordered 2 minutes ago and the lady had to lie about it. The Lady was extremely rude and made my family so upset. Never ever coming here again.
