Arrived at this place at 8:32 pm ona Wednesday night. Online and the entry door to the place said they are open until 11pm. As we get out of the car at 8:34pm, the 2 female associates shut all the lights off. No courtesy to just even communicate with us as we tried to get their attention. 1 associate just walked back and forth in the main floor crossing the main entry way. I get it that there may not have been much business, but you could have stayed open until 9pm like the rest of the stores. Instead we get the lights shut down on us at 8:34pm. While we were there, there were 3 more customers that had pulled up and ended up leaving. Not a place I will ever go back to and or recommend. I am originally from the east coast and have many connections with DD folks .... after all, it is where the business started. I may have to call back to HQ and report how the DD name is just being demolished by a few of their franchise branches.
Sign says open until 2300 each night. Arrived at 2230 and it’s closed. What a joke!
Steve and Lyndsey were outstanding, great work ethic and hospitable. They went above and beyond and I was blown away.
Bad service, the milshakes don't taste like anything
When I arrived @ 10pm on a Friday night, one hour prior to closing, lights still on & hours of operation posted open until 11pm, the young woman in the drive thru came on over the speaker prior to me placing an order, laughing with music playing in the background, saying they were closed. When I stated hours of operation states they were open for a whole hour, she stated, "yeah, well, whatever, we're closed, so go home." Moments later, a car full of teens arrived & this same young lady opened the door for the teens, letting them in, and then locking the door behind her, not allowing paying customers to enter. Very poor customer service.

Called to get assistance on my uber eats order and was repeatedly hung up on by the girl working there on Aug 6th at 930pm
I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with strawberry and chocolate ice cream. Originally wanted a Banana Royale but they said they don't make that and had no bananas. The menu says sundaes come with one topping (I got fudge) and almonds, whipped cream, and a cherry. What I got was 2 scoops of strawberry with hot fudge and nothing else. Didn't realize it until I got back to work, unfortunately. What a waste of money. She repeated my order back to me so it wasn't the person who took my order.This place often screws up my order. I usually get a sweetened blueberry iced tea with cream and they forget the cream, blueberry, or sweetener every time. I won't be coming back here.

This location is terrible. They close the dining early consistently and now at 5:30 they are completely out of waffle cones.They have gotten my order wrong in the past as well. It shouldn’t be this hard to get ice cream or a coffee from this place.
