employee was VERY rude, store was very messy, trash was everywhere, cashier was extremely rude as well. every other customer here was also less than impressed. if you don't like your job don't do it. simple. just because your miserable doesn't mean your attitude has to make everyone else around you miserable.
I have been to this location on multiple occasions. However my order is always messed up and completely forgot to give me food that I paid for. But today really set the bar when the girl Natalia was working the window and kept my credit and never gave it make making me go up for a second time. So I thought I'd get home and eat finally to come and find out 2 of myitemswere missing again. Like get it together. I called to talk to the mod and all he could say was were busy come get them. You paying for my gas sir I don't think so. As a MANAGER myself I'm so disappointed and probably won't return I give my money where it's deserved
I know they are short staffed but I waited 15 min in the drive thru for a cheeseburger, fries and baked potato with sour cream and chives. Got home with baked potato with a ton of chives.. no butter, no sour cream. Also, the guy who brought out the food for the people in the drive thru was vaping.
ordered food was a drink short they then say oh yea we see it here, then we notice half the order missing but not til we reached our destination to distribute the food between the kids. We attempted to call and recall 62 times in 15 minutes and got busy signal every time. Once we packed up and went back we went inside to explain and even though they agreed and remade the food over half the staff was standing around with suckers in their mouth or eating burgers themselves. Behind us was another person also there to complain cause their order was wrong
Worst mistake was when I walked into the doorway with my husband all you seen was a heep of trash Palling up and the tables where not cleaned off the seats were not cleaned up, for the most part I do understand how busy it can get but when you have 7 or 8 employees just standing next to the fry machine while one person is taking the orders who would think I get paid to hold up the fry station instead of actually working to get your 13-15 dollar an hour job then when I asked for a rag to clean up the table they looked at me as if I asked them to do it. Deer in headlight syndrome I guess, needless to say the manager seemed to be having as much fun as the teens working under her instead of controlling the situation and getting the people to do there jobs very often do I open my mouth but honestly cleanliness is not next to godliness In my opinion Wendy’s at this location should be shut down and re stocked with individuals whom wash there clothes hands and not play with there hair around food and next time don’t forget my cheese on my chili
Out of 10 times we have tried eating there, maybe 2 were acceptable. The last visit a few days ago they messed our order up as usual, then fixed it by microwaving chicken for a sandwich and the same with nuggets. They were rock hard and when I called and spoke to the "manager" she told me she didn't care, LITERALLY her words. After the call I posted on Facebook to see if I was the only one and after about 30 similar comments including people having food thrown at them out of the drive through window from that location it is safe to say no one should waste their time or money with them. Lord knows we wont.
I’ve never really had a good experience at this particular Wendy’s, the management doesn’t seem to care, the employees sure don’t, people eating food in the back right in front of you and walking up to make sandwich’s, over all pretty gross. This last time I was there they didn’t have the nuggets I ordered but waited until after I paid and waited to tell me, I asked for classic chicken sandwich’s instead and they gave me the cheap ones.
I ordered a double combo and once I got to the truck it had bacon on it. Didn't ask for swine. Kindly walked back to address order and manager was argumentive like it was my fault. I toss sandwich on counter and walked out. If I didn't have patience, it definitely would have went south. If I could give him negative stars, I would. Manager should be fired.
So I live close by and have gave up on getting food from this location. I've heard so many excuses from the drive through is broken,no staff,no one there to make a salad,no salad and once they kept my credit card at the drive through and cut it up that evening along with the others they kept. I actually get to order food 1 out of 5 times visiting this location. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF ENERGY TO BE OPEN!!! I HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR TO COMMENT MY REAL REVIEW WOULD HAVE HAD NEGATIVE STARS.
